By far the best experience I’ve ever had buying a car! I’ve bought a number of vehicles and it’s always been a business transaction that I didn’t look forward to. I bought a 2003 Ford F-350. After owning for 3 days I had to replace the rear breaks. Which never should’ve passed inspection. Within 6 months I’ve had to replace both front wheel barings , carrier baring and then the front breaks. It started over heating so I took it to the shop and was told that it need head gasket because the blew awhile ago ( Before I bought the truck) and.. injectors. Now it’s sitting because it needs a high pressure oil pump which I can not afford right now. So out of the 2 Yrs I’ve owned this truck I’ve spend $3000 to keep it running for only 3 months of actual

If I could give more than 5 stars, I would! I had a wonderful experience, I can't say enough good things about this dealership and Mr. Berrang! He's been so sweet and understanding throughout the whole process.
I totaled my first car, but insurance didn't declare it totaled until my rental expired, so I was in a very tight spot as I work two jobs and go to school full time and couldn't afford to miss anything because I was out of a car. Rude. No other way to say it. Called up to ask about trucks they might have that fit what I was looking for. I have a low budget but I know trucks are out there for under 8k. As soon as the guy heard my budget “NO WE HAVING NOTHING....*click*. I don’t care if they were giving cars away, they will never have my business with customer service like that.
