They went out of business as I just found out from the insurance company which I paid but they never paid! Therefore I can't file a claim (which was huge).

Very rude company. Moved a neighbor in today it's gone on 3 hours and they're blocking up most of the road which happens to be a main entrance in an out of our city and in front of a major golf course I have seen at least 8 cars run off the road at least 13 car slammed on their brakes if I have one more car coming to my yard you will be liable for damage. Your Movers do not send out here in flag so people are blindly trying to go around not one but two semi trucks which is pretty large amount of moving for a 1200 square foot house been here for 10 plus years have never seen a moving company

Ugh, Our move has turned out terrible. A Arnold moved us out of house in Meridian Kessler into storage. When our house was built we called for them to deliver our items; they were busy until the following week so we called Jay's moving company. We has MANY items that were damaged, broken & missing. I filled out claims report with A. Arnold they told me to contact Jay's since they picked up items from their facility. A. Arnold wants NOTHING to do with over $8k in damaged & missing items. The two moving companies are just pointing fingers at each other. And, YES we did pay insurance

Completely incompetent. They nickle and dimed us to death. Mandatory insurance, double charges, and hidden charges. They also marked all of our furniture as scratched, even the new stuff we didn't use yet. FRAUD. And if you challenge a charge, they say they are allowed to because it's in "The Tariffs."
