Claim to provide 24 hour service at last minute notice. Called on a Saturday with a frozen pipe that was leaking. Told "sorry, we have no one available until Monday" I then said politely " well I guess that means you aren't available 24 hours a day. " Receptionist argued with me that yes they were. I asked really? " I have an emergency and you can't get to me for 2 days. I would not call that 24 hour a day availability." She continued to argue with me. Called a local company that came immediately. Lesson learned.
