I contacted Carter's Plumbing with an emergency leak in my grandparents home. I was thoroughly impressed when they promptly arrived on time considering I'd only called that morning. The technician came in, diagnosed the problem and had the "emergency" fixed within an hour of arrival time. The service vehicle was stocked with the proper material to fix the leak so the technician did not even have to leave the job in order to resolve the issue.

Very expensive. I had gas leak on my basement. So I had to fix couple leakage spots. They came over on time but they charged $420 including emergency dispatch. Other than that Marcus guy was very good he fixed and explained everything clearly.

They worked so hard all day to get the job done by the end of the day. Kept me informed of what was going on. Called in extra help to replace my old terracotta pipe with PCP pipe. When I called they were always available. They only thing I would suggest is better communication with when they are scheduled to come, so I could make arrangements to be home.

Excellent communication after my online request for a quote up to exact arrival time. Mike D arrived within the scheduled time frame, analyzed our situation, estimated the price and quickly proceeded to unclog the kitchen sink drain. He was professional and friendly. We needed work done on our sump pump system, where unfortunately we needed all new piping and a well for the drainage. We also wanted a back-up pump system installed. Large project to tear out existing drainage system and replace! Daryn and Connor were great to work with; Well organized, hard working, knowledgeable, good communication, and completed the drainage project all in one day. Connor came back for the sump pump back-up system install and all went well. I would highly recommend their work! Thank you
