Oh boy... BEWARE! When you call, they make absolutely NO mention that they CHARGE FOR QUOTES. My Mother got surprised with a $180 charge just for the quote! And no, it is NOT waived if they get hired for the job... And if that wasn't enough, the owner had the audacity to project guilt toward my Mom, saying if she didn't pay it, then his employee, "doesn't get a paycheck today". SLIME at its finest. Stay AWAY from Royal!

I had a backup and called Royal Plumbing. Joe, my technician, was there on time and very pleasant. Very happy with the service I received and will continue to request Joe specifically. He is very knowledgeable and explained things in such a way that were very informative and was also very respectful of his surroundings. I believe this is a reflection of this company and I would recommend to anyone!
