BestMovers was awesome! I recently relocated to Philadelphia from DC, and they made my move totally seamless. Nick was very responsive via email and quoted me a flat fee for my long distance move. I arranged for a 9 a.m. start time, and they arrived at 8:45 with masks. They were ready to move my many boxes and a few pieces of furniture into the truck. They even disassembled my bed and reassembled it in Philly so it wouldn't break during transit. Very professional and courteous the whole time!

I have moved at least 5-6 times in my life, and the experience with Best Movers was one of the best experiences yet. Nick gave me an estimate before they came, called the day before to confirm and review some details. They showed up on time and even called when they were 15 minutes away. The guys were fast and careful. Incredible. A truck was loaded fast; the apartment was loaded faster. I will recommend them to anyone looking for a great mover.

They are crooks. They will get all of your stuff in the truck AND THEN force you to sign their contract and then use it against you later. Pay more for a professional moving company. Skip these guys.
On 11/30/2016, I submitted a request for a moving quote. I had used this company twice before and was satisfied with their service. In my request, I stated that I needed to move and that I would need packing services as well. The owner responded to me several times through email. I told him two more times that I needed packing. It was a little tough communicating with nick on the phone because he had a very thick accent but he was courteous and professional. They arrived for the move early and stayed 15 minutes late to make sure everything was square and did not bill for any extra time. The two movers were very fast and careful with our belongings. To top it off, their rates were very affordable. I would highly recommend.

Not a pleasant experience. Granted a snow day in Washington DC can shut a city down. Even still, if a moving company commits to a move they should at the very least call the customer well BEFORE the pickup time or warn the customer they are not sure if the move is possible. Company did not return text or voicemail for several hours making us wait around like chumps and left us stranded scrambling to locate other means of transportation.
A simply proactive phone call on their part would have made this canceled transaction understandable.

I recently hired BestMovers LLC for a small move. Nick and his crew arrived promptly and were very efficient in emptying my storage unit and maintaining good humor even while the elevator at the storage unit broke down. The guys worked very hard and quickly. They were professional and their rates are very fair. I would not hesitate using them for my next move. Great job guys!
