My car was scheduled for an inspection and I called ahead to see if they were on schedule and how long it would take. I was informed that they were on schedule and that I could even bring my car in a few minutes earlier if I would like. My car was brought in by my father about 15 minutes before my 11:00 appointment. My father notified me that my inspection was all done and he was just leaving at 11:17. I am very impressed with the speed of the service and punctuality with the given appointment time. My father said the workers were all very pleasant and it was a stress free experience!

The vehicle we wanted was not in stock. It took some time for our perfect vehicle to arrive. However, our salesman (Ed) was attentive and professional throughout the entire long process. The entire dealership was welcoming and friendly from start to finish. I will highly recommend DELLA to anyone in the market for a new vehicle. I would rate them higher than a 10 if possible! I highly recommend going somewhere else to get your vehicle fixed. Every time I came here has been nothing but a headache. First time I had an appointment made they called to cancel and said there was no one there to do the work, I had to reschedule. So my husband called and they told him they didn’t have the part and had to order it and call him back when they had it, which did not make sense to me so I called again asking about it and they said they do have the part and made the appointment. The day of the appointment we drop it off and drive back home, which is a 45 minute drive, they call

I had a good experience with Della Mitsubishi purchasing my Outlander. The process of buying was very smooth and Chris did a great job working with me to get a payment I could afford. I love the vehicle and it’s perfect for my family of 6. It is great in the snow which is a must in the North Country. My only complaint is that the car was not cleaned very well when I drove it off the lot. I thought that usually the dealership would make sure a vehicle is cleaned really well for the buyer. Overall a great experience!

Things did not work out at all.
I booked an appointment for an air bag recall. Service confirmed they had what they needed to resolve this. I drove an hour only to find nothing could be done because they didn't have the software. They would have to get it mailed to the dealership and then I'd have to come back.
Not happy and still very concerned the air bag system won't work if I had an accident.

I purchased a 2021 Outlander Sport this week from Ed at Mitsubishi and the service was incredible. He listened to all of my needs, he ran numbers to see what I could afford, I was able to test drive vehicles as much as I needed, and he didnt stop until I was satisfied. I received amazing service from Adam as well, he is highly knowledgeable, friendly and he found me the lowest rate (even lower than my credit union). I bought my previous vehicle from Mitsubishi in 2016 but this time around was even better service and it was a pleasure to work with these gentlemen. I will definitely be working with
