Towed a car there and they supposedly fixed it. Went to pick it and it did the same thing in their yard. Then got charged for two repairs and two diagnostic charges. Really?? It’s not my fault your mechanic didn’t diagnose it right the first and fix it right the first time! Not a real impressive first experience!

Christine Donahue gave an outstanding service with the paperwork necessary when buying a vehicle. She went out of her way to make the process run as smoothly as possible. Her professionalism combined with the right amount of friendliness made it a pleasant affair when it is normally a necessary chore. Time flew by and I hardly believed it was done with and over. I was greeted at the front door by Nathan, and he actually turned out to be my salesman. He answered all my questions I asked and really helped me a lot through the buying process. The vehicle needed some maintenance before being sold and he kept me updated which I was very grateful for. Two days after that he had the car cleaned and when I picked it up the Lexus looked great almost like new !! Nathan took me through all the gadgets, buttons, dials, and compartments so I was aware of everything in the vehicle. I give Nathan all the credit for making this transaction a smooth and pleasant experience

Customer service was exceptional! Our experience started by sending an inquiry from the website, and chose that I prefer to contacted via text. The next morning, I received a text from Ed who answered my numerous questions and set me up with an appointment. When we arrived, our sales rep Joe was pulling the car forward and very quickly after we were on a test drive. We went back to the dealership and said we would like to buy it. It was the easiest and most fun purchase experience I’ve ever had, from Ed to Joe and then to TJ in finance- no pressure and every person we interacted with were kind

Have gotten 3 vehicles from this dealer in the last couple years. Finally get the suv we have wanted and traded our camry in. They low balled the trade and we keep asking for more knowing with the market it was worth way more then they offered. They swore they couldn't come up at all on the trade.Even with the trade value toyota.com offered. Yet they go and list the trade for 6k more then they gave for it and it sold less then a week after listing. Have lost all respect for how they handled things this time. Glad to have the new suv but can say don't see us going back again other then service.

Wow this dealership is great. My sales guy Derek helped me find the perfect truck with all the whistles I needed. He took care of all the paperwork and helped me find my lost cat when he dropped the truck off. Daniel Pasco in sales was amazing to work with…interestingly enough several months ago we worked with him in an attempt to get us into a used Sienna…that did not end up working out for us as it wasn’t the right time to trade. Now almost a year later we pull into Heritage and he’s coincidentally right there to greet us. He was able to get us the perfect car, which is tough in this current new car shortage. We couldn’t be happier with our experience at Heritage highly recommend!
