This has been the best experience ever buying a car. Shae was absolutely amazing, and she made the buying experience quick and easy. I recently found myself in a bit of a pickle. My older car started having some issues and was in need of quite a bit of maintenance. It wasn’t the most cost effective to continue to keep fixing a car this old so I decided it was time for a new one.
With the current state of the pandemic and supply chain issues getting a new car or an affordable used car isn’t as easy as it has been in the past. I called several dealers and the only option was to order a new car and have it built. I wasn’t sure if my present car could make it 2-3+ more months for a custom car to arrive so i was hoping for

Had a fabulous experience buying our new Outback from Della! Ian our sales rep was fun, knowledgeable, quick to respond and worked hard to make the numbers work for us. Above all else he just seems like a genuinely kind, caring person. The finance lady, Jen was wonderful as well. She negotiated a great rate for our loan which really helped out with the monthly payments. She explained all the “extra” options available well, without making us feel pressured into getting any “extras”(warranties, paint protection, under coating and the like). Overall just Great people and service from Della

I had an excellent experience looking for, and ultimately buying, a used car from DELLA Subaru. Kara Kipp was incredibly friendly, helpful, and she knew everything there was to know about any of the cars I looked at. Jennifer Cordick was also a huge help in figuring out all of the finances involved in buying a car, I really couldn't have asked for a better all-around experience. My car has been running well for a few months now, and I'm sure that, if any issues were to arise with my car, they'd take care of it very quickly. Thanks to everyone there at DELLA Subaru! We weren’t even thinking of purchasing a new vehicle but received an email that Della Subaru was interested in buying our vehicle. We spoke with Kara on the phone and made an appointment. Let me preface this with the fact we swore we would NEVER by another vehicle from Della Subaru again, based on service issues we had with them. We met with Kara and just adored her. This is the first Yelp review I've ever written. On Jan 29th, late morning, I stopped by the dealership to see what had changed since I purchased my last Subaru. I entered the sales floor looked at the back of the Subaru Forester they had on display. Walked to the front and studied the comparison of Subaru to the competitors. Went to the driver's side door and read the sticker on the handle describing the new experience I was about to feel, then got in and sat in the drivers seat. My Subaru Ascent was having a number of strange electrical issues and wouldn't start right before leaving for our cross-country drive to California. Casey was incredibly helpful. After some attempts at troubleshooting, he suggested getting a jump - and knowing that we were trying to leave for our trip, offered to drive out (40 miles) and jump our car if the Subaru Roadside Assistance was going to take too long.
