Very disappointed. I called a real plumber and not just a sewer scope individual to have an expert there and value added. Turns out the sewer scope individual brought more value. I called them for a sewer scope inspection for reference. Poor quality imaging. No video data recorded. I’ve gotten the same quality scope, videos uploaded to YouTube for reference and pictures for records with a thorough report for $300. For $585 I was expecting a lot more value and understanding of the system. It was a lot of guessing and lack of understanding. The house was never re plumbed like the tech suspected

Honestly tho if I could've given them zero stars to share this review, they wouldn't have gotten any at all because I couldn't get ahold of anyone and no call back. I don't know how they can advertise being available 24hrs but you can't reach anyone and they don't return calls🤔 disappointing to say the least.

Wonderful customer service from top to bottom. Their work is always very clean, thorough, and efficient. Every plumber talks to you and is very informative about the issue at hand. They give you options and discuss with you what they feel is best. They are never pushy and are very honest. They are the only plumbing company that we use. After bad experiences with other companies, once we found Kobelle we will never use anyone, but this company. You get what you pay for and this company is grade A!! Honest, hard working, efficient, and trustworthy...what else can you ask for!!!

Can’t speak highly enough about them. Alex understood the importance of getting hot water back in my home. She was able to get a service technician out ASAP. Jeremy was professional, explained everything, and answered all questions. I would recommend them in a heart beat!

Had been using a different company down in Oxford, for years and years at different homes for a ton of different work. Never for an emergency but was a loyal customer and spent a lot of money there. I finally had a major issue and needed emergency help and my loyalty was rewarded with being told to wait 5 days for someone to come out. Saw Kobelle trucks around and thought I would give them a call. Phil personally came out and fixed my issue the same night. Was professional and courteous, even in the pouring rain.
