I have had an ongoing smell in my basement going for two weeks, I've had two professionals out including a city sewer professional, all of which repeatedly told me no issues/smells are seen/found.
Running out of options I gave Triple T a call as I had no clue what was causing the smell. The owner and his wife were incredibly polite in answering questions and heading out as soon as possible to investigate.
On the day of doing a pipe fix that Triple T thought may be causing the issue, the owner gave me the opportunity to back out of the fix agreement as his doubts were rising the pipe was the issue

Todd was professional, courteous, and patient (with my many questions). He’s been out twice to diagnose and then treat a mystery smell. He is honest and knowledgeable. Michelle is personable and great to talk to on the phone when scheduling. My issue needs further work and I wouldn’t trust it to anyone else. Highly recommend Three T’s Plumbing.
