I can't believe I can again say I had a GREAT experience with any plumber but I have always had a great experience with Dave at Dun Well. Just having a plumbing problem gives me a lot of anxiety, having it happen on a Sunday made it even worse. Luckily I read that Dun Well has 24 hour service so I decided to get my hot water as soon as possible. Dave was able to come within a few hours and he did his magic!! He was able to fix it quickly and educated me on how to restart it if needed. I was SO grateful - I know nothing about water heaters and it was obvious that I was willing to take

Dun Well Plumbing has done well for me! I have had two emergency plumbing needs in the last 6 months. 1st, a couple months ago, my water heater had a blow out and spilled water all over. I was at work and wasn't able to take care of it. I called Dun Well and Dave took great care of me. He came out with a new water heater and replaced the old one on the same day! Awesome response! Then just yesterday I had a clog in my kitchen sink line. Water was totally backed up and not draining at all. Dave came out once again at a moments notice and worked very hard to snake my drain. BEST IN CLASS - I own 80 apartments and trust all my plumbing work to Dave and the Dunwell team. They are super responsive, fairly priced and can fix complex problems they many full service plumbers won't touch. Dun well has the best snakes and equipment in their trucks of many plumbers I have used which usually means the job gets done fast in fewer hours which equals less cost to me. I've had them out for services over the past 5 - 6 years, and am very pleased with them. They've always been out when promised, work done properly ( never had to return ) and priced fairly. These guys are the worst. I really question their ethics.
I called them out to unclog my kitchen sink and they broke the pipe under the sink sending gook everywhere. I can deal with the fact that they had an accident but the guy just stared at me until I cleaned up the mess.
I mistakenly called them a second time, I had their card along with the plumber I had used since then in a drawer and grabbed the wrong one. I had two problems I had to address, I let them work on the one that needed immediate attention and got an just out of curiosity got an estimate for the one that could wait.

This is the first time using Dun-Well Plumbing. They tackled a large job replacing sewer lines under a large 47 unit commercial/residential complex. Extremely professional and highly concerned with the water needs of the commercial unit's customers as well as the residential tenants while they worked. The project headed by David was almost painless as far as the inconvenience to tenants.The price was fair and the workers did an excellent job cleaning up. Would highly recommend David and Dun-Well for any project large or small.

This is now the second time I've used Dun-Well Plumbing and have enjoyed the same pleasant experience. They came out the same day that I requested help which was on Monday and finished the job today on Wednesday (as I needed to buy a new hot water heater yesterday ).

I used to work for a plumbing company for 11 years with my husband. Now I have to rely on calling out of the phone book. I have to say nothing but honest service. Dun-Well had repiped my entire house and had done some other work many years ago. They had done an excellent job so I called them without first checking the Yelp reviews. I asked what the cost would be to simply clear out my kitchen drain. The girl that answered the phone said she couldn't even give me a general idea because they would have to take a look at it first. Based on my prior experience with them and the reasonable price they had previously charged, I scheduled the appointment anyways.

Dun-Well accepted a work order from my homeowners insurance for a plumbing issue. After being non-responsive, I contacted them to find out when they would be coming & they said they didn't want to do the work. When I asked why they accepted the orders from my insurance company, they conceded & sent someone to my home at 7pm on 1/7/13. I had worked with Dun-Well several years before and had a good experience. My tub was draining slowly so I thought it was time to get my pipes snaked - $95. Not a great price but not bad either. I didn't have a cleanout so I agreed to have that installed (I had been meaning to get that done as in the past but just hadn't gotten around to it). $650 - again, not fantastic but not unfair. Within a month of purchasing our home, the sewer line was impacted. I secured the documents handed over with the purchase and discovered that Dun-Well was responsible for connecting the sewer line less than three years ago. It is so hard to know who to trust with contractors but these guys will put your mind at ease. They gave me a free estimate. They were on time for both the estimate appointment and the work appointment. Every one of their employees was so nice and professional. They were able to replace our main water line without destroying my lawn or cutting into my driveway. They did a great job at a fair price and I will definitely be using them any time I need a plumber in the future.

These guys came out within 2 hours and fixed a bad leaky faucet in our bathroom sink (no, it wasn't the kind that you could just replace a washer on). The only reason why I didn't give them 4 stars was because it was quite a bit pricier than I expected, but I suppose that's the way plumbing jobs are. I called and got a verbal quote from another guy who was $100 more, plus I had a coupon for Dun-Well, so I guess it could've been worse in that department. Overall, they were great!
