Super nice people. Had to get my clean out snaked due to roots and they came within a couple hours of my phone call on a rainy Monday morning. The plumber even waited for me when I had to rush home from work because the power source outside my home wasn't working and we needed to figure something else out. They let me pay the bill over the phone the next morning.

I Called to get a repair on something that Century had already repaired twice, this time it would cost twice as much because their last technician stripped the screw, and now there would have to be cutting involved . I was upset called management and they told me they didn't want to do business with me anymore. What a Way to guarantee your work. It's a shame that customer service is not important to Century Rooter.

We recently had a significant early morning plumbing challenge, at 5 AM, on a Saturday. Within minutes of calling Century Rooter, they dispatched personnel that arrived within an hour. Uzziel Ambriz, plumber extraordinaire, spent his morning doing a fabulous job fixing our water heater. He was efficient, friendly, honest, and magically, had the water heater replaced within hours. This company is the best! I called in the morning and they were able to come to my condo that same day to fix a leaky sink. I asked about the main shut off which was actually a bigger job and Ernesto was able to fix that too. same day, reasonably priced, very efficient and reliable. My go to plumber from now on. I suspected my master bath on the 2nd floor had a leak when I saw water stains on the ceiling of my 1st floor den. The call to Century Rooter was picked up by a nice lady and she was able to book me a same-day inspection/estimate. She called again when the technicians were 20 minutes. Josh and Uzziel came on time and walked me through a couple of scenarios and solutions. Although I was ready to break open the ceiling, they took it one step at a time. The first time was to unclog a shower drain at our rental property that our usual plumber said he could not unclog because he did not have a snake long enough to do the job. We then turned to Century Rooter because of the good reviews on Yelp. When the Century Rooter representative showed up, he was able to unclog the drain in ten minutes!
The second time we called Century Rooter was around a year later to unclog a shower drain again. Not only did they unclog the drain quickly again

We own Foothill Gym in Monrovia and recently moved into our new building. Lots to fix including plumbing. Century Rooter were simply awesome. Made what seemed like a complicated amount of work simple. And extremely reasonable pricing.

They were responsive, friendly, prompt, competent and most importantly, ethical. They saved my bacon: another contractor damaged my pipes while installing a new water heater, and tried to get me to spend $12,000 to replace all my plumbing.
Century's plumber came out, heard what I had to say, took a look at my plumbing, and fixed the problem for $375.00. Needless to say, when my main water supply valve finally died I called Century. Same day service, on time, and work done right. I love these people.

Called Century Rooter because of concerns of potential gas leak with our tankless water heater - everyone we worked with from the receptionist to the technician was incredibly professional and they came to fix the issue very quickly even on the weekend. Moved into my new house and day of move the main sewage drain was backed up! Called a few plumbers and waited for return phone calls then called century rooter because it felt emergent to me and within 20 mins someone was at my door. Very nice and helpful and was done within an hour. Alex was who came and I'm so thankful to him. He fixed the problem and answered all my questions! Such a great experience on such a stressful day. This is without a doubt the best bunch of people I've ever used in my home. We had a main sewer back up that is nasty if you haven't experienced it. I called and within a couple of hours they had one of the nicest and most professional plumbers knocking at my door. He was gentlemanly, properly masked and extremely knowledgeable. Apparently, the blockage either cleared itself prior to his arrival or perhaps was created by something transient. My experience with Century Rooter has been a long and a fruitful one. I first called Century Rooter due to an extreme roots in my clay drainage pipe. Thankfully, Luis came into my life and after our 3 day interactions we discovered that we were at the same concerts together, which was a great bonding point. Had Carlos come out to give me a bid on installing 3 new toilets. 2 were upstairs and 1 downstairs. I knew it would be pricey as this was the first toilet replacement since my house was built in 1968.
Ashley from century rooter got back to me a few days later with Carlos's "out the door" price. Let's just say, it was very very fair. Considering he needed to bring a helper, I requested the 3 toilets be ADA approved since I wanted them higher, plus labor, plus the toilet seats, plus tax and plus haul away.
When Carlos was done, all 3 toilets were installed neatly, working perfectly

Thank you, Mr. Doug Knight, for coming to our home and trying for so hard to get our kitchen drain pipe unclogged.
