Very disappointed. This was a job contracted through our rental agency who had been using this company (PacifiContract Carpet & Hardwood) for other of their rental homes. We found a well established water leak coming from the kitchen refrigerator that must have been going on for many months since it had already discolored the existing hardwood flooring. Once we pulled out the fridge, most of the rotten flooring came up as the fridge came out revealing obvious black mold. Our property management was notified and they jumped on making the issue right. Jacob was great. Every other carpet store I looked at said installation would be a month out or so. Jacob installed the next day and came in at a better price. The installers were prompt, quick, courteous and left the job spotless. The carpet is great and Jacob upgraded the pad at no cost. I have a new carpet guy, for sure, and so should you.
