Dorian is the owner operator of this company. They took a $28.8k deposit for 50% of a floor job with my contractor whom I subsequently had a falling out with. What did Dorian do with the money? He claimed that he already purchased the hardwood material yet was unwilling to produce a invoice when asked. After much back and forth Dorian basically he said he wasn't going to finish the job and was only willing to give us the floor material that he supposedly purchased. We later learned that his purchase of floor material was only worth $18k so he just pocketed the rest and refuses to return

Not nearly as professional as their website might lead you to believe. They installed a new bamboo floor in our home, and in five years it developed a large buckled ridge in the middle of the house, about 3 inches tall. They had glued the flooring directly to our concrete slab, with no sealant, and moisture made its way into the boards causing them to expand and then buckle. A floating floor would have been a much better choice.

I would have been fine with it if they would have taken care of the repair, but after emailing and calling for a month with no response at all, I hired another contractor
