Being certified by the National Wood Flooring Association we guarantee a successful installation for years to come. Preparing the sub floor is crucial for a successful floor installation.

We had been replacing carpets with new hardwood floors in the bay area for two decades. Yes, it is pretty obvious that an old and dirty carpet should be replaced. But what about newer carpets? The answer is they are all the same. We removed brand new carpets from multi million dollar homes to only find dirt and dust under them.

Avi and his team refinished all of our oak hardwood flooring and did an amazing job. He was a joy to work with and really went the extra mile in making sure every detail was perfect. He saved us a ton of money by recommending a refinish rather than a total replacement as we originally thought we'd do. Avi and his team have just re-finished a 111 year old floor comprising a mixture of red and white oak 2-1/4" strip flooring and the floor has been transformed. Avi's main guy for this job later told me he was a bit worried about the floor because it was obvious that it had not been maintained in a very, very long time. The first sanding confirmed it was the first time the floor had been touched in 100+ years, it revealed quite a bit of liquid damage.

Having read previous reviews of his work, I contacted Avi to redo about 900 SQ Ft of red oak flooring. Showed up on time for consultation, and provided a quote just as he said he would. The dustless sanding of the wood took one afternoon and was just as advertised, pretty much dustless. Avi and I had decided on a color of stain, but after having viewed my preference on Houzz, Avi had mixed his own new color of stain for my floors. Avi and his crew are top notch. I am an architect, and found Avi through a recommendation from a general contractor I work with. I couldn't be happier with the work he and his assistants did at my own house.
