Jason was so amazing! I called around 11AM and had no idea of what I was looking at, if anything. He gave me his cell and told me to send him pictures. He responded right away and an hour or so later he was at my house checking the problem. Turns out it wasn't what I thought (thank goodness). But he was so knowledgable on the subject and was truly helpful! Other companies around here were charging me crazy prices just to come and look, while this company was so reasonable. Jason immediately answered my call and showed up the next day to help me. I operate a business and had no time to waste. He showed up on time and ready to go. Jason answered all my questions and I am very pleased with his work. His ability to come get the job done when I needed it made me feel like he really cared about me. So regretful we gave this company any of our money! We were required to get a pest inspection done for our mortgage to go through, and after calling around they were the first to be able to stop by, so we went with them. Jason was only in our new house for about 10 minutes and without even going anywhere but one floor the guy found no termites and still told our mortgage company we should get treated. So happy we decided to ask a second opinion from another company who searched for 45 minutes for the termites and told us we were definitely in the clear. This company is a huge rip off, who will

Thanks to Premier
We had another Co. do our home inspection. They said there were old signs of infestation but old was the "Key" word. So they passed the inspection.
Within 8 months the problems started. Premier was there and spent time to explain that old does not mean gone. We had our home treated by very competent and what I felt were very experienced folks.
So happy we went with Premier. !!

Professional and courteous.
Called Premier after my former pest control company failed to show up yet again. They did a comprehensive intake and walked my home inside and out. They offered suggestions on maintenance I could do to eliminate potential problems and then offered a very competitive quote (a bit cheaper than my previous company). They've been here twice since I signed with them and I couldn't be happier.

In rebuttal to Mrs Palladin's review she was given a prompt professional Wdir inspection Jason conversed with her after inspection and stated there was signs of old damage she signed inspection report and never questioned him to regards to his findings we never pass an inspection with old damage unless you have aTermite policy in place , he was also there about a half hour 10 min just talking to her . We are sorry Mrs Pallidin was not happy with Jason findings but he did his job and we don't jeopardize our co by just passing things , some co's will pass old damage not us!
