Tony was punctual and knowledgeable. He explained what he was doing and was respectful of my home. He was thorough in investigating the indoors and outdoors. All of my questions were answered and he assured me that a follow up would be done in about 15 days or sooner if the traps needed attended.

I am very pleased with the services Witt provided. I had some issues with clothing moths. I called Witt on a Monday and they were able to have someone here by that Wednesday! Dave was extremely thorough, prompt, and professional! By that weekend the moths were gone! I would call Witt again in a minute for any sort of pest control and recommend them highly! Dave was awesome!

Thank you Nicole, the operator who took our initial call and was very thorough and informative of the services Witt offered. She explained in detail the pricing and options available to us and discussed how we would be invoiced charged.

Mark came to our house to assist with our rodent issue. He arrived promptly at the beginning of the appointment window. He was extremely knowledgeable about his craft, thoroughly explained the process to us and patiently answered our questions. Have used Witt twice last few years for yellowjacket nests and pavement ants under my house. Each time they scheduled quickly, arrived on time, and had the equipment, knowledge and skill to address the problem thoroughly and immediately, and exercised care to use kid/pet-friendly treatments indoors. They were personable, respectful of my space and time, and a wealth of knowledge on pest management. They are earning a customer for life. Ryan from Witt Pest Management was a modern day Mr. Rogers when he came to my neighborhood.
He was so thoughtful, well-mannered, relaxed, cheerful, and amicable when he came to service the duplex I live in. He took the time to explain to me what he was doing and the why. He made sure he inspected each place in the house and listened to everything I reported. He truly gave me such reassurance and empathy. I think a lot of people do not have compassion nowadays but he naturally just provided that in his customer service! This was really nice because having mice in your house isn't a pleasant/fun

I contacted this business for wasp removal. They were prompt, professional, and solved the problem within 48 hours (from the time I called to the day of visit). The technician also secured spaces around the house where the wasps might have access. The price was reasonable and matched the job. I'd recommend them highly for anyone with a similar issue.

Just writing a follow up to my initial review. Witt followed up immediately to do a follow up visit, in which they went over my basement and the outer foundation of my home in detail and plugged what holes they could, and informed me of potential points of entry. It really put my mind at ease, and it's been a month, and I've have had no signs of rodents since. It would have been ideal to have that level of detail at the first visit, but I am very happy with their service now.

This is the second time I've used Witt, and was looking for their phone number when I noticed their low rating, which really shocked me, as I was impressed with them the first time I used them a few years ago. As I read the other review, no offense, but giving a one star rating for a bad experience with a third party answering service is a little over the top, I'd say. I also run a small business, and online ratings shouldn't be taken so lightly.

Had an exciting morning of finding a swarm of hornets in our yard so wanted that we wanted to get resolved right away. Calling around to a few different places to get quotes, we decided to give Witt a try (have never used them before or know anyone who has used them). When we called (a bit before 9 am) someone picked up almost immediately from an answering service. It was early on a Saturday, so that's totally understandable. My bathroom has had some water damage and because of that carpenter ants moved in. I was absolutely beside myself. I called Witt after reading the online reviews. All the positive reviews are true. I was treated with respect and received prompt service that I considered to be reasonably priced for what the technician did. The technician was a really nice guy who listened to my concerns and made me feel like this was not a big deal. Carpenter ants are common in western PA and the spring/early summer is when they are most active. I highly recommend Witt Pest Management. Great price, great
