Have always had polite and professional conversations with the staff by phone. Today Ernest came for an interior and exterior treatment, very kind, knowledgeable, and professional. He was was great young man to talk to. Will definitely ask to have him back for future treatments.

Halls legit saved my sanity. When we moved into our home we had an infestation of wolf spiders on our back porch. Halls began treating and it had made an unexplainable difference. Even in the beginning they ensured that if I needed them to come out again after the initial service they would. The staff is friendly and accommodating. I highly recommend them!

My parents were having problems with spiders, ants, bees, and fleas.Called Halls had never used them before , but saw they had good reviews. The guy arrived and they didn`t even know he was there, never knocked on the door. To make a long story short, they had fleas that he said was not a problem. They had to spend money on flea bombs to get rid of them. They had spiders that they had to kill on their own with spray on a window sill and in the kitchen. They had a huge ant hill outside in a plant around the house that wasn`t taken care of. They did come back in 2 more times and did a quick spray

Jim did an inspection for a home we wanted to buy. He did a thorough job inside and out. We had noticed a soft spot in the floor under the refrigerator and during the inspection he found a dead termite swarmer. He had already located termites in the corner of the laundry room near the kitchen addition. Unable to see under the kitchen floor he recommended the home inspector- who was there at the same time- put the information about the soft floor in his report. I had a severe yellow jacket infestation in my basement. They had nested in our foundation and were beginning to intrude on our living quarters. Halls had a technician sent out on a holiday with less than one days notice. The tech was on time, friendly, and accommodating. He even had time to explain to me the extent of the infestation as well as how and why they were nested in my home. Office and field customer service are far superior to any other pest service company I’ve used. Would highly recommend!
