We just had 2/3 of our house refloored by Brandi Carpet. They were very helpful; in picking out the best flooring for us. They took up the old tile with very little dust and no mess. Finally, the new flooring was installed faster than projected. I would recommend Brandi Carpet for any of your flooring needs. They were great to work with and at a reasonable price.

Had a great experience with Brandi Carpets. Chris discussed types of carpet, things to consider and after listening to my situation helped me with selections. I took them home, saw how they looked with my tile, then Justin came out and gave me a quote. I had n appointment within three weeks to install. The team came out and did great job. Working with these guys was such a pleasure! We just needed some carpet for a large staircase and all of the other "big box" carpet stores basically told us our job was too small and they wouldn't be able to fit us in their schedule. So, I found these guys on Angi. The owner, Chris, answered my first call, and, then we met Justin who helped us pick out our carpet and then came out to measure our space. They placed our order right away and scheduled us for the install just 2 weeks later! Jose came out to do the install. He was professional and did a great job! I would highly recommend

We are very pleased with this family business and felt very comfortable with the price (best prices around). After visiting their showroom and speaking with the owner’s wife who was very friendly, I decided to order carpet from them instead of a big box store. There is probably not enough space to detail our horrible experience. I've waited almost a year to leave a review because I wanted time to pass so I could calm down and gather my thoughts. I almost decided not to leave a review in fear of what the owner may do in retaliation but one needs to be left.

We have used Brandi Carpet in two houses. Chris is extremely polite and helpful, making sure all questions are answered and that we get the best price on quality carpet! We found carpet at Lowes that was average. However, we found better, quality carpet at Brandi Carpet for way less. I will NEVER buy carpet from the big box stores as the quality of carpet was ten times better from Brandi Carpet. Along with great customer service and excellent pricing, the installers were quick and kind. They did a WONDERFUL job installing the carpet fast! I highly, highly recommend this business for anyone looking

I walked into Brandi Carpet about a month ago and met Justin, who told me just about everything there is to know about carpet. As a new homeowner, I wasn't sure where to start but he was so patient and answered all of my questions and helped me pick out carpet for my bedrooms. After the order was placed, I received a call with install date/time and was set. Install was today and I really couldn't be more happier. Steve and his nephew (I can't remember his name) were timely, quick, and very efficient. I am so happy with my carpet and truly feel that my bedrooms got a bit of a facelift

The healthy selection of vinyl plank flooring (that's what we were shopping for) and ability to take the samples home started the process off on a great foot. I highly recommend Brandi Carpet for your flooring needs. We spent quite a bit of time looking for the right carpet. Home Depot and Lowe's had a lot of samples, but I didn't really want to go to a big box store. I was worried about the fact that they contract out the installation. I have heard horror stories of late, never showing contractors. I looked for smaller companies and found Brandi Carpet. All the reviews were positive so we thought we would give them a look. I am happy I found Chris and Justin at Brandi Carpet. I feel they offered the best bang for my buck. I initially was looking at Lowe's and Home Depot for carpet but so glad I found a better alternative. What made the icing on the cake was the awesome job that Steve and Nick (father and son team) did on the installation. Very experienced and professional. I couldn't be happier with my decision to have Brandi Carpet install new carpet in our new home purchase. They were able to get the carpet I wanted within a few days and install it quickly. We settled on a high tier polyester carpet that is quite plush and soft and their are no visible imperfections at all in any of the rooms (about 3500 square feet). The price was excellent and well below what we paid for an inferior install from a different company in a different area of our home. Don't hesitate to have this business come do work in your home.

We had about 1600 sq feet of carpet and tile replaced with vinyl that looks like wood. Going into Brandi Carpet was easy and a relaxing experience. Chris the owner and Justin never pressured us and let us take our time in deciding what kind of flooring was best for us. In fact, they let us take home large samples instead of those four inch tiles that most people let you take home. This really helped us make our decision and they answered all of our questions openly and honestly. We couldn't have asked for better service from the store or the installer Devin. We are very happy with our floors

My wife and I needed our carpets replaced. She searched and found reviews of carpet sales and installation in the valley. Brandi's name showed up over and over as a great place to do business for flooring for both quality and pricing! So we headed to Brandi's and picked our carpeting. Chris Brown was very helpful. He was courteous, knowledgeable and professional in helping us pick the perfect carpets.

Great experience dealing with a locally owned business! From the first call to schedule the appointment, to the estimator, to the installers, everything was handled professionally. We were initially looking to have vinyl planks installed, but found out we could afford wood-looking tile planks. The work was completed ahead of schedule with high quality. The people at Brandi Carpet are very knowledgeable and are outstanding in customer service. I recently purchased from one of the "As advertised on TV" and found out the hard way that we over paid and are experiencing an ongoing battle to get resolution on problems resolved.
