I contacted the owner to let him know one of his company trucks passed me veey dangerously onto oncoming traffic in a residential neighborhood in a 25 mph zone.
His response was "I don't know who you are and I find that your being slightly rude. We have an A+rating with the BBB and we have a plethora of 5 star reviews. I am sure we are just fine even if you feel the necessity to bad mouth our outstanding company and its reputation."

Most of the good reviews are for Rafal. I didn't get him. I got a team that disrespected my property and time. The installer was late every day with no communication. They didn't properly protect my condo from all the dust that got everywhere and I had to spend 2 days cleaning everything and over $100 in dry cleaning. They dinged my furniture, cabinets and even my front door and the project lead tried to charge me $150 extra for the crap job wrapping my things in plastic and being "extra careful" during demolition. Finishing up they left my patio a mess and they cracked my toilet

We are doing a full remodel of our home and, learning from our last remodel, decided to hire legit professionals for the flooring of our new home. I was ready to install hardwood in the bedrooms of my home and needed to match the existing flooring in the hall and living room. I searched for companies carrying that floor and was lucky to find Olympic Hardwood. After reading reviews, I called. Rafal answered my call on a Wednesday, and we discussed the job. Raul was amazing and patient. I wanted something a bit different. Twice I picked samples that turned out to be out of stock and on the third try I got a beautiful wood floor. Pricing was great He also referred me to a fantastic tile person to handle the new granite fireplace slab and the bathroom tile. Installation crew was efficient and on time. I emailed Olympic Hardwood from their website looking for an estimate after receiving one from another company.
