We had an issue with the tile in our RV. Every tile I picked out was the wrong kind for this job, so in desperation, I asked for help from Cheryl at the Madisonville store. She promptly found the exact kind of tile that I wanted. Then, the owner, David, came out to check on the job. Once all was coordinated, Cheryl ordered the tile, and sent out Charlie to install the tile once it was in, all the while keeping me apprised of the status. Once he came out to install the tile, Charlie was polite, on-time and completed his job beautifully and cleanly. We were very impressed with all and our thanks
