We respond to the embodied possibilities within a project's surrounding community and the climatic forces that naturally exist on a building site.

Our mission is to be the leader in Positive Impact Design, collaboratively creating places and research that elevates experience, performance, and community. We developed PlanIT Impact with one goal in mind: to reduce carbon impact and water use by removing barriers to efficiency and sustainability in design.
