Communicated with my partner about buying a car here. Sold us a used truck (in his name) that they said had no real issues with it. 3 days later the air goes out. We contacted them and they said we can look at it and say what's wrong and that's it. Fixing the air to a truck is an expensive process. We got this truck to save money. If you want to throw away thousands of dollars because this company only cares about manipulating you into buying their cars and then leaving you to dry go ahead. This will seem like a strange review given that I did not buy a vehicle from Sarasota Toyota, but feel compelled to give them (and particularly the salesman with whom I was working) kudos. Marc Cassel did basically everything he could to get me into the vehicle which met me needs. In the end, I found a comparable vehicle at about the same price and bought it here in Tampa instead of making the drive down to Sarasota, but that was certainly not Marc’s fault. He was great.

I have brought my 2021 Camry to get full service since I bought it here. I am the type of guy who typically looks for a man when dealing with cars but I have to give respect where respect is due. AMANDA at service desk is awesome at her job , extremely detail person/ very fair person / shop has to step up their game as she has help me out with a small issue but she took care of it like a champ the right way. We had great experience here at Toyota of Sarasota I brought my sister in to find a new car since she got into an accident a few weeks ago. Our sales guy was name Marc and he was very helpful and nice while helping my sister shop for her new vehicle. Collin was also helpful with getting my sister the right monthly amount for her car and last but not least the guy In financial department was very helpful with my sister. Wonderful experience working and communicating with Travis! A couple days into planning, Travis helped me surprise my husband with his dream truck for our anniversary. Working with Marc was an A+ professional experience! I had been dreading getting my lease renewed for a variety of reasons, Marc was very patient with me while my mom was in hospice then passed away, it took me a while to get in for an appointment. Marc was very courteous, helpful, and got me in this great new Camry after exploring a few options for me. Thank you! Easiest car buying experience ever!
We went to every Toyota from Naples to Tampa, Sarasota Toyota was the only dealership who was able to make the deal happen. Mark was beyond helpful and accommodating. Got us the price we needed and the car we wanted. They actually had inventory on their lot. Worth the drive!!
