Called to get a quote on 11/21 at 930am, and all the man would tell me was it was starting at $125. I asked if he could give me a range like every other locksmith company. He refused and hung up on me. I called again and got a lady this time who would only say the range is $125-$250. I told her that was quite a big range, and I wasn't comfortable working with them if they could not give me a more narrow quote. They did not care. I have a 2014 Honda Accord, which is a fairly common vehicle I'm sure they have worked on before. So, either they were being lazy or they want to upsell you once

I've used them many times over the years. They are always reliable and prices are fair. The other day I called them for a key fob code and they really weren't able to do what I want despite trying (granted it was an unusual car and key fob).
I asked what I owed him for a service call and he said whatever I wanted was fine. Nevertheless I wanted to take care of them for their time and effort.
Absolutely recommend without any reservations and I will continue to use them.

I hired Joey to make another key for my Mini Cooper. I only had one key. He appeared to make a key. I paid Joey $250.00 in cash for his work. When I tried the key after he left it did not work. Joey sent his… buddy Jose and he could not make a key either. Joey did not make a key yet and he has not given my $250.00 back. Bad business, the BBB has revolked his business. I will continue to contact this company that goes by at least three different names KING KEY LOCKSMITH, KEY KING LOCKSMITH AND CAR KEYS 4 U..... BEWARE THESE SCAMMERS.

When I called them a lady quoted me $65 when their technician showed up he told me 220 after I told him that I can just do it myself he kept lowering the price after I had already given him $40 then got them down to $100 and he had me cash app it. When he got into his vehicle to leave he peeled out making a quick U-turn and sped off through neighborhood I would not recommend them. When I called a lil later and asked for a quote for the same job I was quoted 27.00. SMH. Don't use this place

SCAM SCAM SCAM. We called and we were given a $65 quote to unlock our car. They show up in an unmarked random car and tell us it is going to be $179!!!!!!! We tell him we obviously do not have that much and we were quoted $65 and he tells us we can go ahead and call a different company. Complete BS. Don't waste your time. They'll say that you won't get a cheaper quote but also BS. Call Las Vegas roadside 7028449760 got to us quick for only $72.

Decently prompt service. Very convenient. Just wish it was made known that I would not be receiving the stock keyblade for my car. Apparently those are expensive, but why assume I don't want one? I had Joey of King Key come out to my house and program a remote and cut a key, but after 2 weeks the program failed. I tried on many occasions to schedule an appointment with Joey but he would never show up. After 3 months and a couple of bad reviews, his cousin finally showed up. He claimed that he was the new owner and he did reprogram my remote. So I will give him the benefit of the doubt and give 5 stars.

I called King Key Locksmith to open an outdoor gate, the latch of which would no longer budge despite the key turning in the keyhole. The recipient of my call could not offer me a quote without first inspecting the latch but did mention he could send a locksmith anytime of day and would charge a $15 service fee if I did not proceed with the job. I asked whether debit/credit cards were an acceptable method of payment, and I was advised affirmatively. I set up an appointment for the same day at 7:30 PM.

Called got an estimate for $100 flat for my standard car key. They never mentioned "service fee" in the quote. Got here after everything was done and I asked for total he mentions "service fee" $30. I stated to him neither he or the company he worked for mentioned a service fee & he stated to me "it's common sense" uhm excuse me? Common sense is to mention all applicable charges in the quote. So in total I paid $140 was charged $10 in taxes.

Called King Key Locksmith after accidentally locking ourselves out of our apartment.
They were friendly and prompt to respond. The technician was at our place within 30 minutes, he was very knowledgeable and explained what needed/could be done.
Our door was open in less than three minutes. Unfortunately their prices are a bit high, it cost us $250 dollars because we have a "smart lock" not a digital lock, just the kind that can't be easily picked.
There was no damage to the door or lock so we are pleased with the service. Giving them 3 stars because the prices are steep

My husband called for someone to come unlock my car, when we called he said he would be there in 5 to 10 mins. Which was a lie. I get a text for me to send a ping for my location. After 45 mins they finally show in an unmarked vechile. The guy barely speaks English. They place air pump bags in the door to try and get it unlocked. Took him about 20 mins after he looked like he struggled. They quoted us 60 and that's what they advertise. When he finally got it unlocked, it was 65 plus they charge 23.00 service call which they don't tell you. My total was 102. He says 8.25 state tax. In
