They do great work and stand behind it. A faucet they installed developed a leak over a year later and they came out & repaired and even repaired drywall damage with no questions. My water heater went out, so I looked online to see my best options in my area. I saw Eidemiller Plumbing's reviews & called, along with many other options. They were friendly, prompt, and helpful. They said they could come out the next day & gave me a window of time when they would arrive. They called the next day about 45 minutes before arriving, which I really appreciated. I was trying to work with a home warranty claim, and he was very clear & informative about what I should expect when we called the warranty company so I could be prepared for disappointment (also very much appreciated). Called this company to investigate a leak in our main line between the meter and house. They came out promptly and advised they can repair the leak for appx $900, but it may only last 6 months because the pipes were cheap. Said they could change lines to pex and would cost around $4200. We agreed to that and they put us on their calendar to do the work on May 19. Two guys showed up that morning, had very little equipment, and no plan whatsoever. I want to put out there that any plumbing work you need done, call these guys! I used James last year to repair a busted waterline in my front yard going to the house, they were half the price of these other companies out there, and I can't forget to mention how professional, knowledgeable and friendly he was at the same time! Some of these other well known plumbing companies wanted to charge double the price and they were rude about it when they came out to look at the job. I had called Eidemiller Plumbing after another plumber attempted to fix my leaking toilet. Eidemiller suggested I call the other plumber back and have him recheck the seal as it should still be under warranty (hadn’t considered doing that) . I did, he came out, it still continued to leak. I reached back out to Eidemiller. They came out, diagnosed the issue and now it’s fixed. I’m very happy with their service.

I had a handicapped shower installed by a different plumber for my disabled mother. Just a few weeks after, it started having issues with a leak and lack of water pressure despite checking all of the routine things. I called Eidemiller Plumbing and a super nice guy, James, came to check it out. He was extremely knowledgeable and knew exactly what to check for. He repaired the shower, and was such a life saver for my mother and I! He had it fixed in no time and I feel very confident in his knowledge of what he does. I would recommend James to everyone I know! He was awesome and so helpful!

I don't have enough good things to say about Eidemiller Plumbing. They are very knowledgeable, upfront, wonderful to talk to and to explain everything to you. They made time in their schedule due to us being without water for a few days. They definitely have my business for my future renovations. I hope to send more people their way. I was pleasantly surprised and beyond happy with their service and kindness. Pricing is below others and service is exceptional.

Caught in a bind had to turn and keep water off to house, made room on day’s schedule, service call was very prompt. Replaced copper with plastic tubing, and spigot guess okay and meets code, old seemed more stout. Sticker shock for about 45 min work and parts, but that’s way it is. Overall smaller bank account but satisfied with service. Recommend.

James just installed a tankless hot water heater for us. We couldn’t be happier. Eidemiller Plumbing returned my call promptly, was polite, and very knowledgeable. They answered all of my questions and set a date to come out to do an estimate. James was on time, called before he came, and was great about answering questions. Installation was finished in less than the time they said to expect. We’ll be calling Eidemiller for all of our future plumbing needs.
