I’ve heard some terrible reviews about this place and now I’ve experienced a few of our own. I won’t even bother going back two years ago to talk about my husband’s Jeep but I will tell you about my experience with my new Jeep. I pay extra for the warranty and all the oil changes etc. I’ve taken my car in three times for an oil change. First time I made an appointment, sat for three hours because there were “walk ins “ ahead of me. I was interested in purchasing a new Chrysler Pacifica hybrid, so I went to Larry H Miller Chrysler. I was assisted by AJ Perez, who was very helpful. I especially appreciated that he never tried to pressure me in making a decision during the entire process. He would simply explained answers to my questions, and point out opportunities that may or may not benefit me. Started having issues with my Jeep and was helped out by Tanner, by far one of the best customer service/service visits I've had with any service dept.. He was professional and communicated while my vehicle was there for a week. I picked it up and my vehicle was still acting up, Tanner right away acted on it and took my vehicle back to solve the issue, so far so ok. I highly recommend this service department and i recommend Tanner, badass customer service. Thank you again guys!

Ken Labrum, my salesman, made purchasing my Jeep Cherokee Trailhawk a stress free and gratifying experience. After our first 10 minute face to face discussion about the type of Jeep I was looking for and my financial needs, the use of digital forms, and an almost all electronic transaction made it possible for me to complete 80% of the purchase off site. First of all, Leah deserves a raise. I walked needing an oil change and she was able to up sell me to buying a package for oil changes for my truck. She explained the benefits of doing so and how Kuching much it will save me in the long run. I will keep coming back as long as she is working there. I bought a brand new 2021 crystler pacific in November 2021 it has been in the shop since little over 200 miles. the electronic do not work I was driving down the road it hi Jack my phone even after I got home it took 15 minutes for it to release my phone. the vehicle driver one and driver two does not adjust the back up cameras go out. the… complete consol window goes out. the radio does not work. cannot even see if the hot spot works as the vehicle has been tore up since the day I took it home. I was told that it was in dealer mode and it needed to be program. there is no such thing. it

DARREL CUBILLOS is the service manager at this location and he absolutely useless.
I Initially took my car in for an oil change and a day later the car started smoking and leaked all the oil out. We had to have it towed to the dealership and they fixed it with no explanation as to what they did wrong. After the repair, 3 days later the engine… started knocking and they said all 3 of the cylinders on one side needed to be repaired. So I paid them $3,000 to fix it. A week later after the repair the knock started again and they told me it was the opposite side 3 cylinders and those needed to
