When I made this appointment, I was quoted a certain amount but never received an email confirmation at all, despite asking for one. When the technician arrived, he was 20 minutes late and quoted me twice the amount I was originally told and wouldn’t accept that I was told a lower number. The customer service I received from a so called “Christian” company was completely unacceptable. I was very disappointed and will never be using them again nor recommending them to anyone else.

I called Roseman Carpet Cleaning for a last minute job and Chris did not disappoint! Even after I had to change the time we initially set up he was understanding and worked with me and my schedule. Showed up on time and finished quickly so I did not have to miss much time at work. I will definitely be using him in the future. Thanks Chris!
