I called last Thursday and spoke with the owner, Gregg. He was way awesome to speak with answering some pet stain and cleaning questions I had. Today Gregg came out to do the job. We first did a walk thru of the areas I needed cleaning. Gregg was not only honest and professional but also super personable. My carpets are old and get a lot of traffic (2 adults, 3 kids, 2 big dogs & 3 cats)! Let me say that when Gregg was finished I had that total WOW moment! I honestly did not think it was going to get as clean as it did. On top of that I could walk on my carpet immediately... no sloshy drenched

After seeing many positive reviews on nextdoor from my neighbors I decided to give Gregg a try. He was very responsive and courteous all while being very clear about pricing. He accepted my job, and offered me a 10% discount since I was referred by a previous customer. He not only explained his process, but took some extra time after the job was completed to offer some advice. He explained high traffic areas as well as giving some vacuuming advice. He followed up to make sure we were pleased with the results and when I mentioned a residual odor, he came back at no charge with a stronger product to resolve the issue. 5 stars will sound weird with the beginning of this review so read to the end. I must say- I was told between 9:00 and 11:00 that they would arrive and told how prompt they are and great about timeliness when I called and scheduled my carpet cleaning. So when the day of the appointment was here and they hadn’t showed by 11:00 I was thinking oh my goodness this review is going to be a bomb. There’s no way they can redeem themselves. They’ve forgotten me and I’m hard to win over after someone forgets me. BUT Gregg was honest and said yes they had forgotten me and it had been quite a morning

If I could give negative stars, that is what he deserves. We had an appointment at 10:30, at 11 am he finally calls us back to state he misplaced his phone. Fine, is he on his way? No. The new time was Noon; but he mentions he will need to leave mid-cleaning to avoid impacting anyone else's cleaning. (That's a new one. So our appointment has that little value to your business, ok) He doesn't show up until 12:15. At this point, we want to know what the plan is and how he's going to make it right? I lived in Charlotte years ago and moved back fairly recently and purchased a house in the area. Best I've ever had! Blew Stanley Steamer away. Incredibly professional. Worked me in before Christmas. I had company coming and was desperate. I've had my carpets cleaned a lot with 4 kids and 10 grandchildren. The stains that came back up after others have cleaned have stayed away! If not the worst experience from a home service technician then it rates close. Gregg arrived at my home when expected. He first stated he had to send his assistant to another job and later said someone did not show up for work,and maybe he's saying the same thing using different words, but there are much larger issues here. As I was showing Gregg the areas to be cleaned, he began telling me that behind chairs and underneath tables did not matter and he would only clean where we walked. I agreed he did not have to clean under beds and had moved the one chair and light weight sewing machine

I agree with all the previous reviews. But I want to add a few things I was quoted one price and then a much higher price was eventually paid- even though my carpets are clean (no kids), had no major stains, and room count was correct at estimate.
One of the real problems is this is not a good method since you have to let all his chemicals dry and then the customer has to vacuum 45 min. later to be able to see if the stains came out by that time they've already left. I had to go over several spots myself-why did I pay?!

Unprofessional and unreliable! We had a good experience when this company cleaned half our carpets but it was all downhill after that!
Greg failed to show at our scheduled time to clean the rest of our carpets. He claimed to have written down the wrong phone number (even though he had successfully reached me by phone days earlier) to let me know he wouldn't be coming. After rescheduling for later the same day he called back to say he wouldn't have time after all. He promised to come back and clean at a discounted rate but never returned my call or contacted me back to set a new cleaning
