I was reached out to by the owner of New Finish Carpet Care when I made an inquiry about stretching carpets on a different platform. The owner called me immediate and said he could help and gave us a reasonable price. He was a little bit flaky when it came to scheduling which made me think I was mistaken but I wasn't he just changed the times a few times which was okay but not very reliable. He came with a partner and stretched our carpet and at first since he didn't clean up any of the mess around the edges I thought it was okay. But when I vacuumed everything up I noticed very quickly

We had a unique stain on our carpet that actually removed the color. A cut out and patch was the only option. Mark cut out a good piece of carpet and fit it in perfectly where the stain was. Invisible! Nice clean work and an explanation of what was going on. Would highly recommend..

These guys are the best! Came within less than a days notice, cordial, professional, gave a 30 day guarantee to us or they'd come back and finish the job. Spot on. Would definitely recommend to anyone I know in the Concord area. Don't use groupon, these guys are worth every penny and they do the job right.

The quality of the work is outstanding, and had the customer service been up to par I would be more than willing to provide a 5-star rating. I scheduled an appointment on Monday, to have my carpet cleaned on Thursday between 12PM-1PM. He informed me that they would possibly be able to come between 10AM-11AM. I have dogs so I made arrangements for them to be gone within this time window. At 1PM, I hadn't received a call so I contacted Mark. He informed me that he'd made a mistake with scheduling but would be out my way by 3PM. He arrived at 4PM. The work is excellent, but considering that I wasted

Great service and they even have a guarantee. Mark is nice and takes his time to inform you to what he's doing and why. He arrived in a timely manner and even took his time on some problem areas. His prices are reasonable and service outstanding. He survives on word of mouth and his work speaks to that end.

This guy was incredible. He was nice, thorough, polite, on time, and really did a great job repairing, stretching, and cleaning our carpet. I can't say enough good things about him. When we called him he came out and did an estimate the same day and was here the next morning to do the work. I will call him any time I need something carpet-related.
