Very disappointed! I give them 5 rugs to clean and all of them are not cleaned at all, on top of that they took longer then they were supposed to, as you can see the picture that rug is super white and look what they did to my rug I’m so disappointed with their service they’re so NOT PROFESSIONAL at all! Please don’t trust them with your rugs if they’re expensive or not!

These guys were unbelievable, on time and polite, The carpet was soooo bad from having a dinner party , with kids lol . Everything came out and it was dry in three hours. Stephen was the best cleaner I’ve seen in my life. Thanks to them I didn’t have to replace my carpet. Thank you True Clean you saved me thousands!!!!!!!!!!!

True Clean is the small business you want to hire!! Very professional and efficient and years of experience, he did a great job on the carpets and great customer service! He was working alone since some of the other workers had left to help pump water for the victims of the recent hurricanes in the Carolinas. Very kind and professional cannot thank him enough! We had True Clean come out and clean our carpets right before a holiday. They fit us into their schedule even though we did not give them a whole lot of notice. They were very professional and our carpets look and smell great. They even gave us some solution to keep on hand to help with some pet problem areas. We would highly recommend them to anyone.

I have used Pure Clean Carpet &Tile the last two times I had carpets cleaned. I have been beyond satisfied with the results. I had a "puppy stain" that other companies have cleaned and it was only a matter of time before they resurfaced. When I switched to Pure Clean, stains are now permanently gone! I could not be happier with the end results. This company made a promise and carried through from beginning to end! The staff were professional, kind, trustworthy and great with dogs. I will continue to use Pure Clean Carpet and Tile and plan to refer friends and family.
