It was less than two hours from the time I called IVS until I had a new, working key fob in my hand. I separately bought a new key fob for my truck and just needed the fob programmed and key cut. IVS did the programming and key cutting at my house for about half the fee the Ford dealer was going to charge. 100% would use these guys again in the future.

The locksmith that came out to me name was Chris. When I tell you he was so nice and helpful he went over and beyond what I asked for. The price was more than fair. I didn't feel like he was trying to kill me on the price like the dealership does. The dealership when I called him said he would be $430 just for 1 key. The price I got from him for the option I pick of keys was way under the price I got from the dealership. He showed me options of keys I didn't know I could use for my car. When I asked for 2 keys he made sure that he asked me if I was sure. Told me the price and asked me if I was

I have the suite immediately next door to them and accidentally locked myself out. I called the number and the gentleman answered the phone promptly. I explained my situation and he advised he would be to me in 10 minutes. He arrived in 7! He was able to unlock the door to my suite so that I could gain access before my next client arrived.

We accidentally locked a door in our office and called IVS. They sent a young guy who did not know what he was doing. We needed to get into that office, have 2 keys keyed and a duplicate key made for another door. After an hour they opened the door but informed us they would have to take the lock out of the door and back to their offices and would be back in an hour. they also took the key that we needed a duplicate for. After 4 hours he arrived back with the duplicate key and said they were still trying to get the keys made for the other door. they finally came back after 3 more hours (7

I am afraid I didn't receive the good service some of you had with IVS Security. I had to call them out last Oct to service a transponder key that came with my 2012 Fusion. It was a cold and wet night and the technician was rather young it seems from the length of time it was taking and then not having the right equipment or key. He apologized and said another tech would be out the next day to complete the job. The rep showed up and knew his business very well. After he was done he presented me with a bill for $300. Things went well for about 4 months. The casing on that key fell apart. I
