Company president Gordon W. Cormack has been in the building trades since 1967, starting out as a "nail banger." He began his own business as a proprietorship in 1972, became incorporated in 1978, and formed Cormack Construction Management, Inc. in 2005. Since then, Cormack's focus has been on all aspects of construction management as well as development of the organization to improve customer relations, communications and overall efficiency.
Our management team consists of seasoned professionals who will be there to meet your every need. We look at a project as an integrated collection of systems working in conjunction with specific sites. Our extensive knowledge-base of appropriate options and methods are our forte. We have the ability to control the detailed flow of information required to complete EnergyStar and Green Building projects.
At Cormack Construction, we care about the environmental impact of new home construction. As members of the National Association of Home Builders, the US Green Building Council, and as Certified Green Professionals, we strive to build responsibly. This includes green architectural design, quality sealing and insulation, renewable energy options, and ongoing company-wide education in green building techniques.
