They canceled my job 2 days in a row!!!!! They work only when they want to!!!! THEY WERE EVEN UNWILLING TO COMPENSATE AFTER THEIR STAFF F’d UP!!! I’d rather pay more if I must to not deal with this company!!!!! VERY DISAPPOINTING!!!! LOVED JOEL!! He was super helpful, sweet, and punctual (glad we were the first ones scheduled). Most importantly, he got the job done :) Someone broke into our truck and snapped a key in the ignition. FIXED! We also needed a spare key w/chip for another vehicle. BAM, DONE! They had everything needed in those trusty work vans to help us out and I'm so thankful for it. Cylinder in my garage door lock came out. Ryan from ABC Locksmiths came over and checked it out. He explained that it was the detent and made sure it was put back together right .Now it is ok. He was even able to explain it to a mechanical idiot like me. Also used their services to duplicate keys all the time, these guys are awesome highly recommended!

Andres was amazing! He was very helpful, fast service, and very friendly. He worked efficiently through all the door locks and made sure things worked properly.
One of my doors wasn't closing properly because the upper hinge had short poor quality screws and he took initiate to replace the screws on the hinges with better and longer screws and it lifted the door enough to close it.
The only negative was he arrived late :( but I still highly recommend them and will use them or Andres again.

This company sold our customer a specialty lock for their community of which they are the only locksmith who can provide service for this particular lock. We were asked to contact them on behalf of our customer whom previously had a bad experience with them.
After calling their office we were provided a written price by email to replace the lock and have it re-keyed to match the existing keys. In addition we were informed what the process for going about getting this taken care was. Unfortunately after nearly 3 weeks, several missed

When I moved into my house that I rent, the property management company sent this business out to change the locks on the doors. I had to pay $100 to the property management company for having the locks changed, not sure if this is what they would have charged me if I had them come out on my own?

This business claims to provide 24/7 AAA Emergency Roadside Service. They state right here on Yelp their "fleet of (6) roadside assistance vehicles offer ... tire changes, fuel delivery and car battery sales and installs." And they have posted pictures of their fleet of vehicles.
So it seemed reasonable that I could call them to come out and sell me a battery, as I found mine bone-dry, so dry it wouldn't even take a jump. I even told them what model of battery my vehicle would require. And I am only a mile from their storefront address.

Save your time/money and go somewhere else. I requested/paid for a service here and they did not do it.
I came here to have a key made for my car (I only had an electric key- wanted a physical one) so we brought in the lock from the trunk. Instead of making a new key they re-keyed the whole lock. So the key didn’t work on the front door. Not what I asked for, but also not a huge deal. Well, then covid hit and they were closed for so long and I couldn’t get it fixed. I had to go back to college without a key to my front door. My battery died a few times and I wasn’t able to unlock my car

Sincerely the greatest customer service! We had an issue at home; cat was locked in a room on Mother's Day at 9 at night. I had to call a locksmith or buy a new door. They were extremely understanding and friendly. Locksmith showed up bout half an hour later and was in and out in a matter of minutes.
Shout out to the company for being reasonably priced, friendly on the phone and in person and just understanding of the situation.
I chose them because I saw they were locally owned and family operated; wanted to support the community as much as possible.

From the first phone call professionally answered with relevant questions to quickly determine what was a best course of action, to visiting their location and having a rare key cut, this business is how I'd like to think my business is operated.
I needed four copies of a very unusual key. It took them a few minutes to search their inventory, but they did have four blanks.
We sat down to read a magazine while they set up the blanks. We had barely sat down before the man behind the counter indicated he was done.

I am so glad I called ABC locksmith. I broke my only key and remote. Sit in heat don’t know what to do, dealership said I will have to have vehicle towed there then require customer service to program a new key. Probably looking at 500-800$ bill and a few hours waiting. ABC locksmith answered my call, showed up in 30 mins, fix everything , made me an extra key, cost less than 100. And Joe has the cutest smile ever. I will never forget, he is like an angel.

Had the job of getting a new key made as my boss lost hers. Apparently the key is high tech yet old and most other places I called wanted to sell me all new locks and keys.
I found ABC Locks which was out of the way but they were super friendly and answered all my questions.
I was able to head down and get a new key made...and it worked!

Ryan was amazing! I called ABC Locksmiths after another locksmith company beforehand came to my house and told me that my locks could not be re-keyed to a new key and that they all had to be replaced!! For some reason I did not feel comfortable with that so I looked for another company and I found ABC Locksmiths online.
Ryan from ABC showed up and told me that I could keep the existing locks, and that he will change the keys to my existing locks and provide me with new keys so that the old keys would not work anymore, and by doing so Ryan saved me a lot of money that way. Do yourself a favor

I was in need of a key to be copied and Lowe's was unable to make one because they didn't have the key on file. You see, this copy would be of a padlock key and apparently that calls for a specialty key shop. Thankfully, Bob at Lowe's recommended ABC.
I drove straight over to discover wood covering the windows and a folding table out front with two ABC guys. Apparently Capriottis has a fire which caused damage to the entire complex. Kudos for still being open and making key magic happen.
