They responded quickly and had everything up and running within a few days. John came back out a month later to inspect the unit and make sure everything was working well.
I would highly recommend the Hagler team! They are fantastic to work with! Awesome service and prompt! Came out last night to work on our A/C and got it functioning again. If only ADT could have come out to check our alarm panel which wasn't functioning. I completely found that unlike Hager, ADT was disappointing in getting a technician out to repair.
But fortunately I got it functioning myself and the Good Lord's help! Kudos again to Hager, thank you so very much! They were extremely quick when we called on a weekend to send out a technician. The technician was at our house in under an hour. Unfortunately, our unit was dead. We heard back on Monday and on Tuesday our salesperson came out and got us hooked up with a new unit.

First time customer and I am very pleased thus far. The technician was friendly and informative even though he pointed out repairs that were missed 6 months ago by another company. Our unit stopped cooling on a holiday, of course. We called hegler and they had somebody working who asked if it was an emergency and was willing to accommodate us. We asked that they call back first thing Monday morning and they called before 8. They came out within 2 hours, gave us an option of units and installations, and came back and installed it exactly when they said they would. The guys were amazing and we could not be more pleased with the way everything was handled. Thank you so much!

Very polite and professional. Jesse, David, and Justin came out to do the final install for our addition and I could not have been happier with their work. They came out earlier in the week and when they pressure tested the system there was a leak in the coil in the outside unit. I received a call from the owner of HHC within about 30 minutes of them finding the problem with a solution to the problem. The new coil came in within 2 days and Jesse, David, and Justin came out the day the coil came in and completed the warranty work. The new system is up and running fine.

I called 4 different ac companies in our area looking for a reasonable estimate. The ones I received were from $200 up to $1000 for simply connecting my refrigerate lines on a new mini split unit I purchased. The owner cam in a timely fashion, showed up on time and was very friendly. The job was done about a month ago and the unit is working perfectly. I recommended him to my frien just a few days ago as a matter of fact.

Lexi was very nice and courteous on the phone and asked all the right questions before she issued a service call for me.
In less than 2 hours the service technician (Randy) called and let me know he was on the way to me. Randy was thorough and professional. He explained as he proceeded to check my unit, inside and out. When he had finished I had to adjust the temperature up , the unit is now working like a new one!!!!

John (Hagler sales rep) was very knowledgeable and professional. Jeremy and the rest of the crew installed our new heating and cooling system in a professional and timely manner. They demonstrated the system set up and answered all of our questions. They let us know that John would follow up with us in the next few days to cover any questions we might have at that time. We had issues with our HVAC system and the home warranty people wouldn't fix it as it wasn't part of the warranty contract. Called the folks at Hagler and they came and spent almost 5 hrs. on the repair. New copper lines had to be installed and old ones taken out. The repairman did a fantastic job for us. Considering the amount of work he did, the price was very very reasonable. Thank you very much!
