Long Heating and Cooling was established in 2016 by Kevin Long. Kevin graduated from the United States Military Academy at West Point in 2000 with a bachelor's degree in engineering.

I needed the damage and deterioration of the ductwork evaluated under my house. I called the oldest HVAC company first and they wanted to replace the whole system. I then called Long Heating and Cooling and they were able to repair my system saving me more than half the money of replacing the entire system. I was impressed with the guys who did the work. Very professional and respectful. They replaced the flexible hoses and repaired the plenum between the unit and the house. I now have good airflow in all rooms and hallways. I would definetly recommend these guys.

When I reached out to Mr. Long, I had already had a bad experience with another company. He was very patient, despite my frustration. He did a thorough job of explaining things and kept his word, unlike many others. His team was exceptional!! The respect and courtesy shown by these young men is rarely seen these days. I contacted Long Heating and Cooling after 6pm and they responded quickly. Two extremely professional and kind technicians arrived the next day surveyed the work necessary to get my unit connected. We were given a quote and they began the work that afternoon until after dark. They returned at 8 the next morning and had the unit cooling my house by 11. They were very efficient and cleaned up after themselves. These two kind young men even removed their boots before entering my house. I highly commend and recommend Long Heating and Cooling. I don’t have words to explain just how good this company is. Twice, Kevin and his guys helped us when others could not. Today, his two very polite and skilled technicians arrived on time as promised and had all the tools and parts on hand to fix our unit. His guys were able to quickly diagnose and fix an issue that another company was not able to since May 29th. I will never use anyone except for Kevin in the future and will request him by name from the home warranty company.

Kevin provides the best customer service. He arrived on time and conducted a thorough inspection of our system to truly isolate the problem.
