I have been using Stinnett Heating and Cooling for over 10 years. These are the best people to work with. And Shannon is an Angel kind caring just a sweetheart.
I had a wire break on my thermostat that runs outside to the unit. When I got there bill it was 30 dollars. I called them they told me we only found that wire was there less than tem minutes so we just charged you for gas and time who else would do this no one in my town. Because I am no weight bearing on right leg due to broken ankle they moved me to the top of service calls was here in less than an hour.

My coil froze up so I called a different company to come fix it because of their ratings on Google. I waited hours and never got a call from their technician. So I called Stinnett and their tech called us to give us an ETA within the hour. He came out and had us going again all before we ever even heard from the other guy.

Had a new AC system installed a couple of years ago. 1st they installed the wrong system . Then they cut a hole in my ceiling that already had attic access to make their job easier which they didn't fix . Then they have been out to repair said system at least 4 times . Now the system isnt working and even though they say 24 7 service noone is on call to come out to fix it.

Initially left 5 stars because of how fast they came out. Dropped stars when they came to install the new unit. The technician took my thermostat and changed it with one of theirs. When my wife asked how to use it, he said just push buttons.

They came out yesterday to fix our A/C but it never worked. They charged me $146. I called first thing, 07:00 Saturday, 6/29/2019 and I was told they couldn't get here until Monday. I should have priority since I've already been charged for a service that didn't fix the problem. The service tech Derrick was a great guy, I'd give him 5 stars, but a company that blows you off after you've paid them for service that isn't working only gets 1 star. I'll be expecting a refund.

Too many issues to post. incompetent from technicians, office staff all the way to the owner. Miss diagnosed furnace problems, destroyed vinyl siding, repeated requests for warranty, manual and paid invoice.. finally after 3rd request got owner's manual but still no paid invoice...install back in December 2018. Speaking to owner, after multiple conversations with office staff, he said "I guess I need to look into this". First post to FB, then BBB and finally will be going to small claims court.

Very professional and competitive prices. I bought a complete setup with 10 years parts and labor warranty. Just recently had a small issue that made the air conditioning inoperative and it was resolved the same day. I live 40 miles from their office and that's impressive to me.

This is a great company with fantastic employees! Our AC has broken twice this year and each time we've called Stinnett Heating & Cooling.
They've never left without ensuring the AC works properly and never leave a mess in the house, which I greatly appreciate!

Nice folks .. bought a used unit was stunned when it needed repairs about 60 days out.. I was billed an extra $500.00 in less than 90 days. I figured they checked the unit over good before they resold it , never thought to ask about a warranty.. I just assumed it would cost nothing to fix..But that's what happens when you assume and don't ask.
