Got a nice Audi A4 for a good price. There were a couple things that I didn’t see in the pictures so Julian, the man I was working with, marked the price down for me. Julian was very helpful and extremely kind. Great environment and even offered me and my mom really good food! Great experience and would recommend.

Worked with Uri and he was great, as was everyone else there! Very professional staff. Shop and office were both clean and inviting. Cars were well taken care of. We even had a few minor issues with parts and they were shipped to our home out of state within two weeks. No one can predict how a car will fare, but this shop and their staff are great to work with and I recomend them to anyone, especially Uri.

They will scam you and they will steal your money. Most of the good reviews are fake. I was dealing with Perry all the time and they lied, cheated, scammed, stole from me.
We came from Michigan to purchase a bmw a couple weeks ago. It had a check engine light on it. We agreed that they will fix it in 3days. After 10 days they said the car was ready. We picked up the car and we went to the mechanic to double check that they fixed it guess what? they didn't fix it, they just deleted the code. I called them and they blamed their mechanic and told us they would fix it

Being a out of state customer, I was made to feel as though I was in the dealership. Uriel was very helpful and courteous. Went to bat for me on the price of the vehicle. UPDATE: My husband spoke with Ben, one of the partners, after hearing about our experience. He has personally taken it upon himself to ensure all the work owed on the car is top of the line and completely finished. He has also decided to refund undisclosed fees. Ben took care of all the issues we had with our sale. I really appreciate the consideration and accommodation. I'm excited about my car again, which makes me respect the dealership so much more than I did

BUYERS BE AWARE! READ AND BE VERY CAREFUL WHERE YOU MAKE YOUR PURCHASE! I purchased a 2013 Mercedes Benz Sprinter 2500 from UAX on March 19th. Just a couple days after the check engine light came on for the DEF system. DEF is part of emissions system on a diesel engine. Not only did I have codes for DEF but also for SCR system (selective catalytic reduction). A repair that can be very pricey. I contacted the dealer right away and was told to bring in the vehicle. I came by the dealer Monday and of course the check engine light turned off, was told there is not much they can do other than refer

DO NOT BUY A VEHICLE FROM THIS DEALERSHIP! We bought and pd cash for a 2006 Jeep Wrangler X. We even wired the $15000 from our bank in california to them in Illinois after we fell in love with the jeep on Ebay Motors. Uriel told us the jeep had been garaged and there was nothing wrong with it. All the paperwork stated no problems and even provided a car fax report. We finally got the jeep delivered 3 weeks later and as soon as i started it, i knew there was something wrong with it. On top of that the AC didnt work, the stereo had wires everywhere making a crackling sound, there was either a muffler

Never ACTUALLY walked in here, thank god, but I DID see a car on eBay recently that I really wanted to buy. I got an email message from one of their "sales reps," Uriel Gonzalez, and I KNEW from the get go, that there was gonna be a problem. My initial question was asking the agency if they shipped to my location and if they could go any lower price-wise. He replied with the shadiest and briefest, "Yes, we ship. No, price is firm." Went there to buy a Tundra they were asking mint condition price for. they were also sure to tell me that they weren't budging on price I never told them I was coming in and guess what truck needed a jump start and after 5 minutes of inspection the rear differential had a leak had an idle issue possibly the MAF sensor the truck was dirty and not even worth half the asking price ... when I told them I was not interested PERIOD they said well we can go down a little on the price our shop can fix those things.Really because I found the truck on eBay a few weeks before that so if they had the

I contacted Jeff and told him what I was looking for and we went back and forth with some texts & photos of cars and really honed in on make/model/year/body styles I was interested in and once we honed in on those details Jeff went to auction and was sending me photos and videos of cars and the perfect car came up in the age/mileage range I was looking for, less $$$$ than I was expecting to pay and Bam, UAX acquired it. I was able to pick up the Mercedes C300 within a few days, once the did some maintenance work and cleaned it up to mint condition. The entire experience was super painless

This place is full of scammers and do nothing to make their vehicles ready for resale. I went there to take a look at a 2008 Mitsubishi Endeavor. Upon inspecting the vehicle for less than 10 minutes without even taking it for a test drive I noticed:
- Someone had cut away plastic panels on the under carriage
- All the buttons on the key had been broken off, causing the vehicles alarm to go off when you get in it because it can't be disarmed
- The rear windshield washer would spray fluid in to the cargo area rather than on the rear windshield
- It was missing the jack
- The radio would intermittently

I've been holding off on posting this review to make sure it holds true months after my purchase...and it does! Purchased a 2010 GLK 350 Mercedes a few months back and couldn't be happier. I worked with a really nice salesman, Homero, who listened to my needs, budget and wants to help me find the perfect car. Test drove and purchased within a week. My used car, bought for 15k, had issues from day 1. Put 2k into fixing problems. Within a year, it broke down in the dark in a bad part of the highway. Had to pay for a tow. Repair shop/other dealership discovered it had been involved in a previous accident. This was not disclosed to us, and didn't show up on any reports. We sold the car for 5k, and paid 15k for a new one. Not happy. Maybe United Auto will reach out to me to make this right?

After pulling up outside in an industrial area our first impression was not good. After walking in and talking to Frank, our perception quickly changed. He was very upfront and honest about the vehicle were were about to purchase. Even though the financing process takes some time, like any dealership, he made us feel at home. This by far was the best car buying experience we have ever had. I would definitely recommend them to all our friends and family.

Buying a car isn't an everyday thing. You always want to be happy with your purchase and also not pressured to buy. My father in law purchased a new car through an auto broker and he sent info about this specific location since we just moved from California and not familiar with the area. We had just came back from a Dealership where I felt absolute pressure to buy a car that I wasn't even interested in. Coming up on 6 months owning my car (no issues yet!) purchased through these guys. Mike and George are a little gruff, but very nice honest people who give you no bs. Car was well priced and well maintained, they showed me the Carfax and offered to look up financing for me. This was a first time car purchase, but I had researched a lot and already had a car loan through my bank at a very low rate. Upon informing them, they told me "yes, go through your bank that rate is great were not gonna beat it", which I appreciated as they weren't trying to sell me more than I needed nor wasting
