I tried to contact them 3 times with no actual responses. I sent in a trade evaluation, nothing. Sent an interest on their website on the specific vehicle, nothing. Replied to an automated email from them, nothing. It's been a week with no contact, next would be calling, but I shouldn't have to call when these options are available. Not a 1 star because I don't know how they do business and how they personally are, since they never responded...

I had a great experience here. Liz was very informative and answered all my questions. I flew in to look and my purchase and she even had me picked up in an Uber. The transaction was very smooth. What can I say? These guys are the greatest! First of all I stay in Warren Mi(48092) and I called them to get info on the truck which was a 2000 limited edition Tahoe but like I said I called they sent video of the truck I actually went down to Chicago a few days after leaving the deposit because I asked them was there any roo. They told me to name my price and that was the out the door price but the seal on the deal was the shipping ! They sent the truck without any problems and any issues I had with the truck they took care of before sending it to me ! If your in the market for a super clean

Don't buy a car here unseen! Purchased a 1996 Toyota 4Runner from Louis in full confidence. According to Louis the car was overall in good shape considering its a 24 year old car! No visible rust! Unfortunately, the reality is different. I live in the Netherlands and have the car imported. I was shocked by what I found. The photo speaks for itself. And now Louis no longer knows anything about it. He tried so hard to make everything right. It's a cheater! No more and no less. Absolutely not to be trusted. Do not buy here! You say you want to fix it Louis but you don't respond to my email. Hereby

Quite the scam artists here! I found a Land Cruiser online and reached out to them about the undercarriage. They sent photos of the undercarriage and it seemed to look okay. We inquired a bit more about it. Louis reassured me it was in great condition. We had a conflict of being able to get up to the dealership to look at it in person, Louis offered a shipping service.So we ultimately decided to have it shipped. Upon a Sunday arrival. We realize, we were just taken for 16,000 dollars! They had sprayed the undercarriage to cover all the rust, the interior was trashed, 4 roof rack covers were missing

DO NOT BUY A VEHICLE FROM HERE!!! THEY ARE DISHONEST CROOKS THAT DON'T DO THINGS LEGALLY.
I found Big Red on Ebay. I bid on it 3x. The next morning I received 3 separate phone calls from Louis. 2 voice-mails later of them telling me they would like to sell me the van but they cannot accept my bid.
This was my first mistake. Not only are they breaking eBay's selling terms by contacting me outside of the platform, but they basically harassed me into buying the van.
I call Louis back, tell him what I wanted the van for (starting van life) asked multiple time about the condition of

We recently bought a car here. In the beginning everyone was nice and after we mentioned to them that the car kept shaking the front suspension needs to be fixed they said they were gonna call us to schedule to check the car. We mentioned it to them twice and Till this day no one has called me regarding the problem. The big dealer went days with me and nothin Int. car sales I was in and approved and drove out in 3 hours. I went to purchase a Nissan Pathfinder and ended up buying a Audi A8L. Sam helped me in the decision process by providing very candid and honest car buying advice. He has excellent knowledge of used cars and always pointed me in the right direction. Just got a new car from here -- very nice and honest people. I was nervous about going to a used car dealership because people always say it's a ripoff. The owner, Sam, walked me through the whole process and helped me find exactly what I was looking for. They made sure to fix everything that was wrong with it and guaranteed they'd take care of anything that goes wrong in the future. They even threw in a bow on top when I went to pickup the car.

I contacted Liz via email asking about the 2001 BMW 740 featured on their website. I received a quick response from her and she answered all the questions I asked her about the car. I went online to look for a used Nissan Maxima and one of them that I came across was located here at International Car Center. I went down to take a look and at first glance I noticed how well kept the cars were. I could not identify a bad looking car in the bunch. The thing about working with Sam the owner of International Car Center, was two days ago when I first called, I had inquired about an SUV within a certain price range.
Sam told me that he was purchasing cars the next morning and he would look to see if he could find something similar to what I had described to him.
Sure enough he called me early this afternoon to tell me he had purchased an SUV like the one I wanted.
He told me it would need brakes and the radio

I bought a 2007 Camry from here with 90,000 miles for $9K. 6 months later, the motor blew out and it's going to cost $4-5K to fix it.
I have to admit, Sam, the owner was very nice and made the buying process very smooth. He didn't pressure us like other salesmen typically do and was very helpful. We actually wanted to buy a more expensive camry which was a newer model camry but with a bit more miles, but he directed us to get this camry because he thought this camry was in better condition and would be better for the long run.
Unfortunately, he couldn't be further from the truth
