William is a terrible salesman. He is the ONLY reason why I didn’t purchase a 90k vehicle from them. And I will just leave it there. I don’t not recommend this guy this dealer is losing business because of his attitude. I am not the only one, check out the Yelp reviews it’s all about how everyone had bad experience with him. I hope the upper managements get rid of this guy. I want to talk to the big boss if you want to earn my business.

So, similar to many other auto shoppers we look around and compare, transparency is clear. I contacted the seller and received an immediate non pushy response. I followed with a phone call and we began the process of the vehicle purchase. These guys, William, Nick and Chad, were great to work with. Again, non pushy, confident and very amicable. We were in and out in an hour? Wish I timed the process as I was impressed.
I recommend doing business with Greater Chicago Motors if in the market for a used high end vehicle. P.S. make sure there is gas in the car before test drive haha.

Stellar long distance purchase of our new 2016 M235i. Everything was perfect, from getting me from the airport, car condition, speedy paperwork, and friendly service before, during, and after the sale. I wanted to wait a few months after my purchase before leaving a review so I would know for sure how the car would hold up. I purchased a 2015 Audi Q7 from Greater Chicago Motors and will definitely come back should I ever need another car. I needed a car that could haul my track car from track to track. Just finished a 600 mile trip to Mid-Ohio race track and back and the car performed amazing and averaged 16mpg while hauling another car behind it! They made the whole buying process go really smooth and gave me a good deal on my trade in. If you need a car this is the place to go!
