DO NOT BUY A CAR HERE. They are untrustworthy and sketchy. I purchased my jeep here 3 months ago and I still have not received my title. I've tried calling, and emailing with no responses. During the selling process they were nice and offered to mail parts to my house that the jeep needed. They haven't done that. They make false promises and say whatever they can to sell cars, don't trust them.Totally unprofessional, irresponsible, and unacceptable. Get a car somewhere else and save yourself the headache.

WORST COMPANY EVER! You can never get somebody on the phone to assist you they always have to have you wait for the title clerk to get back to you. This is highly unprofessional and I feel like they should close if thats how they run business. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS BUSINESS TO ANYONE THAT WANTS TO HAVE FAST AND EASY SERVICE. My car title was forged by them a year after I had bought the car, in cash, in full. If this has happened to me, it's probably happened to others as well. They argued with me and played dumb like they had no idea how this could possibly happen. I'm getting the secretary of state police and the local police involved, as well as my lawyer. This place is terrible, and the owner/sales guys are rude and give me a bad vibe. They will lie to you and try to screw you over, just check the other bad reviews, this place is awful. Title theft is a felony and this is not okay.

Bought a car I saw online and had it delivered. No mention of any issues with the title until the car was already delivered, at which point I find out that they have to send away for a new one and it would take time. Meanwhile, my temp tags expired and I was told cops “shouldn’t” give me a hard time if I get pulled over for this and just “explain” the situation to them and I should be fine, which didn’t sit well with me, so I couldn’t drive the car until the title came. I was told it was being sent and it still did not come until I involved a government agency and had them step in

Cons: I wasn't a fan of the car I test drove there; If they were asking for more than $8K on a car, I feel like they could have used a bit of elbow grease to at least make sure the side mirror was on the car correctly!

Pros: if you're looking for some guys that won't be pushy and let you know inspect the car carefully, this is a pretty low-key place!

The environment is low pressure and they want you to take your time to look over the car which is great. Bought a Lexus. I had an issue with it and Drive Now assisted me with it. The only constructive criticism I could give is a better response time on phone calls, but heard they are short staffed, so that is understandable. Will need to purchase a pickup truck soon, so will consider Drive Now. Thanks!

We just purchased a 2013 chevy equinox today at a great price with low mileage best deal in town.

I believe this dealer is that "shady" dealership experience we all worry about when looking to purchase a vehicle. - A few months ago, I purchased a vehicle from Drive Now from out of state. In my opinion the salesman had mislead me from the very beginning into believing that this vehicle was a garage kept immaculate vehicle that was 100% functioning and needed nothing. This review is long but true. Drive now inc is the worse used car dealership I've ran into so far. It's just another money hungry scam artist used car dealership. Here's a list of everything that I had to deal with and go through, I'm still dealing with stuff and it's been 3 months since I bought the car. The car I wanted to see was out of the showroom, but I found several others I wanted to drive. They jumped through hoops to have each car lined up for me to test drive. They made the process so easy from start to finish. Any concerns I had was met with a positive "We will take care of that". Bought a Mustang a few years back in 2017 from these young guys who run this place, as my first car. When i agreed to a price,test drove,and paid,they went to fill up my car "as courtesy". Cool,well the sales rep who went to fill it up brought it back with smoke coming out the front of the car,specifically from the brake calipers,who then said "oh crap,it looks like the cars gonna need brakes soon". This was the worst experience of my life. The company is owned and operated by some young guys probably all under 21. They were unprofessional. They sold me a car and before I arrived home the check engine light came on. I called repeatedly and they told me the owner would get back to me. Of course he did not. When I called in the evening, Zak who sold me the car told me to bring the car back and they would waive the service fee. Found a Truck on car gurus, drove there from Indiana and it was in amazing condition. they do a fantastic job detailing and keeping cars in great shape. Their inventory is all great. Got us taken care of very quick and made it a fun experience. Even got us some pictures! Great prices and great people, unlike other dealerships I’ve been too and it’s much better. I highly recommend going here and we will be back for another truck eventually.

Bought a car from here back in April. Sales guy told me that one of the mechanics had the navigation disk for the vehicle and he would mail it to me. To this day, after multiple calls and texts, I've yet to receive it and I just get ignored when I try to get in contact. Noticed the vehicle had an oil leak from 3 points within the first 350miles. Manager kept telling me he would contact the owner since I drove back to Texas with the vehicle. I've yet to get a call back. Do not recommend this place what so ever.

I just bought my first car from here it was perfect condition and really loved it and it was clean asl and really great customer service !!!!

I recently bought a car from them and everything was fine the day of until I got about halfway home (50 miles). The clutch made a grinding sound. I called them to see if the 15 day 500 mile warranty covers the transmissions throwout bearing and all the manager said to me was "we dont cover clutches, I will see how much we made off the car and try to help" didnt even say he would be in contact with me. I would like to be able to drive the car that I paid $9,300 for.

I was skeptical going to this place because of its location but the people were great and they didn't screw us around. Got what I wanted without any hassle at all. Great deal.
