I went in to buy a c300 and Santokh Singh helped me over the summer and it has been sitting at the Mercedes dealer for over a month now, my FULL COVERAGE warranty won’t cover an ENGINE due to pre-existing problems! This place is a chop shop THEY SELL SOLD ME A LEMON!!!! On top of that they hung up on my face while explaining the issue, SO UNPROFESSIONAL! DO NOT BUY FROM THEM THEYRE SCAMMERS LISTEN TO ALL THE PEOPLE WHO GAVE THEM 1 STAR OR YOULL FIND YOURSELF IN THE SAME POSITION terrible and unreliable place for secondhand cars they sold me a car knowing it had issues they are crooks do not go

My husband and I have been looking for a car for months. We found this hidden gem of a dealership one day. The next day, we purchased the vehicle. Santokh Singh is the most humble, down to earth, and honest man you'll meet. He makes you feel like family upon the first meeting and is transparent about everything, from A to Z. After a dozen dealerships pressured me into cars I couldn’t afford with features I didn’t want, this place was a breath of fresh air. I called about a car, they gave me the keys, and they sold it to me for a fair price without adding any unreasonable hidden costs. Don't waste your time driving to this place. We came from Tinley, drove 45 mins to see a vehicle we emailed and inquired about and when we got to the address of the business it was just a garage with NO cars for sale outside and no parking lot. It was super sketchy. It got even sketchier when the garage opened and 3 men walked out and just stood in front of our car. Myself and my daughter wouldn't get out of the car because we were scared of them, it looked like they wanted to intimidate us. Had a great experience at A1 Motor Sales. Purchased a car at a great price with Low miles. Only concern I had before purchasing was that the tires needed to be replaced. When this was mentioned to Santokh he didn't even hesitate and offered to replace with a set of new tires No Charge. Purchased car. Three weeks later there was some cosmetic damage that was not noticed when the car was purchased. Called Santokh and without hesitation was instructed to bring car in and it would be taken care of. The customer service received at A1 Motor Sales was above and beyond what was expected. Would recommend

BUYER BEWARE! I will not go into the full story but to sum it up, I left a deposit for a vehicle I was interested in purchasing on May 9th. After 4 calls to Harry, we finally worked out a date and time to deliver the car to finalize the Cash deal. When the arrived on May 21st it was not in good condition so they took the car back. May 22nd and 23rd called Harry to request my deposit be returned to me. No call back and no response! Before the delivery calls were answered and/or returned.... now Nothing!

What a pleasant experience. Went looking for a luxury vehicle and found exactly what we were looking for. Singh and Harry and were not pushy to sell by any means. They were easy to work with especially. Drove the BMW home and it over heated on us. Called. Singh first thing the next morning and they had their tow truck driver drive over 60 miles one way to pick me up. Dropped it off at their mechanic shop, gave us a loaner vehicle and took care of the issue no problem. They were prompt on getting us our vehicle back and in perfect condition. What more can you ask for. Great service all the way around

After searching for the perfect SUV that had everything I wanted I found a beautiful 2007 Acura MDX on Carfax website. This beauty was located at A-1 Motor Sale and I'm glad it was or I would have never had the pleasure of meeting the great people that make A-1 distinct from other dealerships. You are greeted by a very friendly face the minute you walk in and are offered coffee and a snack which came in handy for me since I drove about an hour from the loop on a very empty stomach

THESE PEOPLE ARE VERY DISHONEST AND UNPROFESSIONAL!!! Had me go Thur the whole process of getting a loan for a car that I really wanted but only to find out in the end that I was approved for another car that I didn't want because the owner didn't want to pay fees for the car that I wanted even tho he told me to go thur the application knowing he didn't want to pay for those fees so he basically made me waste my time and I even had to call him to follow up on the application!. Would never Recommend this place to anyone.

Thanks A1 for a satisfying used car purchase experience. After a fair and professional negotiation I purchased a car on Friday, Aug 3. That night one headlight/turn signal failed. I came back the next morning at open - no appointment. Without hesitation they fixed that and one other item that WAS supposed to be my expense for no charge - while I waited. For me the wait was efficient as I was able to use A1's internet and get stuff done. Shawn and the owners were gracious and accommodating. Don't waste your time going here. Harry is a liar and he is very unprofessional. I called him and left an email for the car. He told me he'd call me back because the car was out as a loaner, but he never followed up. I called two days later to follow up to make sure the car was available, and was told by Sean that the car was still available, and it was in their lot. Sean had no customer service and was very rude on the phone,by the way.

I looked around for just the right used Lexus and A1 was the first place I went. The mileage was too high so I continued my search for two more weeks. After visiting numerous dealerships, including Lexus, I kept comparing everyone to Harry and Sing at A1. I returned and bought the higher mileage SUV because my trust in these guys. I found it is VERY difficult to trust any of the used car sales people, including Lexus, but I felt I could trust these guys!
