As a Single mom completely uneducated on cars and trying to secure a safe reliable car, Eric is the best guy to go to for that. I highly recommend this company, from their cars, to their service, to even after I purchased the car and had follow up questions just a phenomenal experience all in all. I have always been skeptical of the used car industry, especially used car dealerships. I shopped a number of local dealers and what I found was not encouraging. I was shopping for a reliable car for a college student and wanted a low-mileage, dependable vehicle. I contacted Matt and was immediately impressed with his straight-forward approach. We met, discussed the vehicle, and he made the sale in a timely fashion. I have now put a few hundred miles on the car and have been extremely pleased. Bought our third vehicle from Eric, this time a 2008 truck. We knew there were going to be some repairs that may not be covered under warranty but Eric assured me he would work with me on whatever needed to be done. Thank you guys so much! I just bought a car today actually. After finding my dream car, Eric and Matt were very easy to work with while I waited to see if I was approved for financing from a teacher's credit union. They let me drive the car to show my parents and were really cautious with Covid19 and being safe. I worked with Matt. Not your typical car salesman. He is in no rush, he isn't trying to sell you a scam or get you to make a bad decision. This dealership is extremely fair, competent and do great work. They took my trade in at a higher value than anywhere else I went and were honest about value. I ended up getting. 2017 Honda Civic Si and it's in great condition! I recommend anyone from new car buyer to seasoned pro get their car here rather than a big name dealership that just see you as a number.

First off I love the car I purchased. I didn't love that the dealer lied about the condition of the car.
I assume the salesman was patronizing me because I was in my early twentites at the time. I needed a car so I bit the bullet and bought it.
I noticed soon after that my ABS wasnt working when I tried to quickly stop at a yellow light. The car slid for about forty feet longer than it should have, so I immediately brought it to a mechanic. At the time I bought the car, the salesman at Nelson's assured me his mechanic gave it a thorough inspection, but my mechanic didn't miss that

This was the best car buying experience I have ever had! Everyone I worked with was so friendly, super helpful, and very professional. They made me glad to purchase a car from them. Back in November I decided I had to have a Prius. My car was still going strong but it was time to move to something better. I searched around, did my research and found an ad for a car at Nelson's. It had more miles than I would want on it and they had a lot of Prius's with low miles, just off lease. I decided to go for the higher mileage one, it was in amazing condition, and after haggling and the obligatory poker face, I got my price and wrote a check.

Eric agreed to cut and turn rotors on front and back of the car.
Replace all four brakes.
4 new tires.
Change the timing belt - which we later learned didn't have a timing belt but a chain.
The promise of documentation of repairs from previous owner and the above work that Nelson performed during our transaction, so that I could have maintenance records.
Brake light came on and wheels kept grinding so I took it back to Nelson Automotive. They claimed brake lights was from a leaking caliper so would

I went to 4 dealerships before coming across Nelson Automotive online. The previous dealerships were awful. I hate all the bs games and fake personalities you get all the time.
Nelson Automotive was the most pain free experience I've ever had buying a vehicle. They were great! Matt and Eric were completely friendly and honest. I bought a 2007 Scion TC from them. They went out of there way to make the whole experience as easy as possible. Have no fear going to this dealership, they are very genuine people.
