The buying experience was easy, Salesman Craig was phenomenal. Now regarding to the car I brought there was a pretty noticeable scratched up part on the bumper that wasn’t shown on the photos. nonetheless the cars they sell are a pretty good deal compared to other dealers. Also my car when I brought it, it was given to me on almost empty unlike other dealers where as they fill you up for free.

We found an Escalade online. I completed the application and was approved verbally for the amount requested with $10,000 down payment. The dealership is several hours away and Val stated the paperwork would need to be overnighted to me instead of emailed. He would not email the terms of the loan but would mail them. However, he would not mail them without a $1000 deposit first. That evening after reading additional reviews, we decided not to pursue purchasing the vehicle based on the poor reviews. I called today and was talking to Keisy today about a car I was I interested in, we had a good conversation. We had a couple calls back and forth to answer some questions about my trade, etc. I told him to email me with the purchase order to review and I would give him my visa number to hold the car, he agreed. I got the purchase order from him and I questioned what was the $499 sales fee. He said that they charged every customer this fee, I asked what it for. At that point he got upset with me and he would not hold the car for me unless I was "happy" to pay the fee. I don't know

Yesterday I came by with interest in the Jaguar F type. I arrived a bit close to their closing time; 5:30pm-ish. I was first told "we only take this car out for serious buyers" I asked "do you think I'm not a serious buyer?" I was told no and the salesperson apologized for the assumption. She went and spoke with the team to see if they could get the car out for a test drive; i was told that since it was so close to closing , they couldn't. I called this dealership and applied for financing and was approved. The sales person I spoke to was VERY nice AND accommodating. I booked flights to come into Chicago and look at a few of their inventory.

Really positive experience. I scheduled a test drive for a car I'd been looking at for a while and was upfront with the fact that I wasn't looking to buy soon. I just recently purchased a 2017 Ram 1500 from them. Honestly it was the quickest and easiest car buying experience I’ve ever had. I knew exactly what I wanted, and they were up front with what they had. The truck was detailed and ready to go. There was a little hiccup with the financing portion due to them not being able to accept a credit card as a down payment, so I had to come back to the dealership and use another form of payment. Negotiated with sales rep over final price of a vehicle purchase. When it came time to sign the paperwork I noticed a charge I wasn't expecting and was told it was a "dealership fee". After reviewing the documents at home I was surprised to find it was $400 for something called Equi-Sheild. This is a leather conditioner they wiped on the seats before I picked up the car. The paperwork was handed to me in such a way that I never saw "Equi-Shield" anywhere at closing.
This was a surprisingly underhanded move on their part. I would not trust this company again.

This place made me laugh.... first impression was not good. I open the door, walk inside and see three different salesmen sitting at their desks, heads down....none of them acknowledge I'm standing there. I finally had to call out the name of the salesman Id spoken to on the phone that same day to test drive a car (a 50k car I might add), not a cheap one... the salesman perks up and says, "you're here for the Hyundai, correct? I kind of stood there puzzled, because I don't even think this dealership sells Hyundai's. I was not there for a Hyundai.

I waited a year to write my review on the car I purchased from Alex @ Lux Cars. The Car (14 BMW M550I GT) is the best purchase I have made. The price was great. The follow through on all promises were kept. It was everything I was looking for and more. Some of those bad reviews sound like the whining of people that did not do their homework.
Listen People - when buying a used car it requires some work. Call the last owner of record on Carfax. As for the last Invoice. I avoided 3 bad car decisions that way. Know the car that you are looking to purchase. You should know

If I could give negative stars I would. Beware of shady dealer. I bought a slightly used car in 2017 (7,000 miles) and they failed to mention it was an auction buy with structural damage (which was obviously fixed when I bought it). Carfax was clean. I paid $37k for a car that was a freaking auction buy which now has low resale value because the carfax was updated in the meantime. Apparently I purchased it a few months after the accident and the carfax took longer to update. I'm beyond pissed off because who wouldn't be?!

I think there's a reason why this place gets a 2.5 star average. For me, the jury's still out. I'm still waiting to see if they're going to do the right thing with regard to a promise that they made to us upon our purchase of one of their vehicles. We were told that they would order the parts needed for the repairs (that they promised to do) and they would call us when the parts arrived so we could bring the car in.

I bought a car a few months back at this location. It's been a nightmare!!
The car had major issues that I found out about after the purchase, bad turbo and an oil leak that i found out was a crack in the engine. I take it back to Lux Cars for the turbo and the leak. They fix the turbo and they thought they fixed the leak.
I come back a few days later beacuse I got a low oil pressure light and the leak was still there. They tell me that they cant fix it for free that I have to pay. Even though they tried

My displeasure with Lux Cars Chicago started just minutes after signing the paperwork when I was handed one key for the used 2013 VW GTI I just purchased. I asked for the second key but was told they did not have it and would not make arrangements to provide one. The new key (with programming) eventually cost $300 through VW so I was already out that additional money before walking out the door.
When my wife and I test drove the car we told sales rep Keisy the clutch felt worn and near the end of its life-cycle. Keisy initially said he would replace the clutch prior to purchase but then backtracked

You should probably steer clear of this dealership. I bought a 2012 GLK 350 and had immediately problems. While the dealer fixed a few things upon going back, you would think they would catch them when doing their "inspection."
I'm currently sitting at a Mercedes dealership the morning of Christmas Eve, far from where I live, and finding out this dealership used electrical tape to "fix" my headlight (both of my low beams suddenly went out = can't drive at night or early morning). DO NOT buy any luxury cars from here.
I had the displeasure of buying a 2004 Bentley Continental GT from here and later found out that it had fake rims (from an older worn out car); the tires and rims didn't match and the car also had worn-out struts installed.
Basically, they stole the OEM Bentley parts and replaced them with cheap repainted aftermarket parts. The paint from the rims began flaking off within a few weeks.
I told the manager (Valls) and he charged me $390 to "fix" the tires but did nothing. All the lies and fraud Valls does may work in his 3rd world country, but
