I bought my first Porsche here 1.5 years ago. The service was GREAT during the sales process and they were of course responsive and helpful…then. But since, I’ve never received a follow up call from my salesperson and when I had questions for him I did feel a bit like a bother. A couple months ago, I called with a compass issue (my compass refuses to set to “north up”) and he said he would get back to me. Six entire weeks went by with nothing from Alex. Finally I called and his excuse was verbatim, “yeah they never got back to me about this issue.” Ok, so just leave a customer hanging

Ask for Mandeep in the service department and he will take good care of you. Whether you need your car dropped off or you need a ride home or you just want to look at all the cool cars, have a coffee and wait while your porsche is being serviced, Mandeep will get it done for you.
Honest, upfront and expert service and they really bend over backwards for you. I've never been to a nicer mechanic.

Horrible service. Dropped off car for 2000 mile service and $1600 later got all kinds of attitude when I asked if they can give any discount off the price. This is pretty standard for any premium dealership in Northshore if you ask them they will do it. Literally their sister dealership Audi exchange does this for me every time. Went to Loeber and opposite experience. Life is too short to deal with these guys. Stay away.

We just bought a beautiful 2022 porsche from the Porsche Exchange. Paul was our salesman. Paul was great. We spec'd a vehicle in the spring and picked it up today. Well worth the wait. Everything promised was delivered. Paul took a lot of time today to explain the features of the vehicle. Since cars are like computers, that is absolutely essential. Highly recommend the Porsche Exchange for the purchase of a new or used Porsche.

First of all - Matt. I’ve purchased a vehicle with the Porsche Exchange previously, and the service is always elite. This time I had the most incredible luck of ending up with Matthew Zaiff as my sales representative. My process took about a week, as the vehicle I went in for was gone & he helped me to find a couple others that I loved as well. In the days between my initial visit, & my date of purchase, every time I reached out he was prompt, courteous, knowledgeable, PATIENT, and encouraging. This is a dealership process, so it still took time, but he checked in and made sure we were hydrated

The folks at the Exchange truly don't understand what customer service is. Their all interactions start with a "No". The idea is to do the least possible amount of service while charging maximum possible. Comparing them to Loeber is night and day.
I have stopped by to ask for modification on my Cayenne only to hear a list of requirements for them to perform what I came for (because despite the fact that I was happy to pay for the services needed, that was not enough).
If you are able to go to Loeber, go there. Much better bed side manner.

We had the BEST service ever while buying a Macan S today from Matt! my husband and I flew out to Porsche Beachwood in Ohio to pick up his 911 turbo last year and did not have anywhere close to the experience we had today! and that was for a car twice the price! we were given a choice of key fob colors, a new iphone cord already in the car, and a cute gift set of roses. they made the process quick and easy. absolutely appreciate the attention to detail and a great buying experience. we look forward to continuing to be customers here.

Well...I've had to reassess my review of the Porsche Exchange because my subsequent experiences have not met my expectations. While the Porsche Exchange did correctly identify the problem with the fuel pumps, it took a second trip for them to decide to replace all of the fuel pumps on my 2017 Cayenne S.
While the fuel pressure issue seems to be mostly resolved (the car has had a slow crank or two in the past few months), the technician(s) broke three of the four plastic clips that hold the rear bench seat down. The day we picked up the car, I started to notice an annoying rattle coming from

Just the worst experience ever! Dishonest owners, incompetent service. Bought a 911 under warranty a few years ago. Nothing but problems. I mean a lemon! Mike S was unresponsive and service well, they couldn't resolve the issues. Had to dump the thing. Buy elsewhere please and you will thank me later.

Hands down the worst Porsche service department. I have ever experienced. Terrible all around, extremely SLOPPY. I dropped off my vehicle to have it serviced and to have them fixed a faulty AC issue. They returned my vehicle and "forgot" to address the AC issue. When I called back, they asked that I bring the vehicle back in 3 weeks (their next availability) which I declined and reminded them that it's an item they forgot to address while they had my vehicle for almost a week. I went ahead and dropped off the vehicle which they have literally returned halfway dismantled.

Service department not accommodating at all!! I've been to Loeber and Motorwerks, thought I'd give the Exchange a try, worse experience and worse decision ever! Took my cayenne in for a check engine light and they can't seem to figure out the problem. They told me to change my O2 sensor to begin with, and "if incase" the light doesn't go away, then we'll continue to search for the problem. Told me they couldn't guarantee me that a $850 O2 sensor change would fix the problem, but I should do that first and continue the diagnostic process with them. I don&apos

I just want to say I had the best Experience with Nick Kopp. He was very knowledgable, professional, and most importantly not rude. I went to many Porsche dealers and most were good but Nick and The Porsche Exchange were exceptional. I was really upside down on my Mercedes but he got me the best lease deal on a new Cayman and got me out the door fast. Even got the extended maintenance from Mike Bartuch, which once you calculate all the numbers was a no brainer. Highly recommend Nick and the Exchange. Save your self the headache and most importantly time wasted!

I was having the absolute worst experience trying to buy a car from another Chicago area Porsche dealer that will go unnamed (*cough* Loebers Moters *cough*). Sorry, I had something in my throat. The fine people at Porsche Exchanged saved me and turned an awful car buying experience into a wonderful car buying experience.

I just bought a GT3RS in Ultraviolet from Michael at Porsche Exchange. It has been a true pleasure to work with him. He made the transaction very smooth. I live in San Diego and just had the car dropped off at my warehouse. Michael was VERY patient with me. The process went faster than I expected. He sent all the paperwork even before the car came. He added a car cover as gift which was very nice and I cannot thank him enough. I will definitely be buying my next Porsche from him!

Fortuately for me prior to almost purchasing a Cayenne here I had to opportunity to experience how they would treat an unknown female who walks into the dealership. The Brand Ambassador I had been doing business with was not present but there were three associates who had sight of my presence in the boutique dealership. Not one greeted me or inquired if they could help me. I stood there for at least five minutes. After contacting them in December to leave a deposit on a soon-to-be-released Porsche model; I was informed that they didn't take deposits until a car had been officially released by Porsche. Two months later, the day of the official release, I contacted them only to be told that they weren't accepting deposits from out of state buyers. Luckily I was still able to secure a spot at another dealer but otherwise I would have been totally out of luck.

I have found that of all the Exchanged dealerships the Porsche Exchange is the most friendly and has a family feel. I purchased a Cayman there a few years back and through the entire process I found them to be upfront and courteous.
Like the Audi Exchange the Porsche Exchange will hand wash your car at any time for free. I bring my kids with and we stop by look at the cars get a cup of coffee or hot chocolate and talk to all the people there.
The mechanics know I like to do things myself and they will give me tips and what to do. From little to big things they alway are willing to give me advice
