I went to Muller Subaru for an issue with a key fob, which could not be fixed. The mechanics noticed that the engine was very low, and I did not have time for a complete oil change. The service manager had the mechanics add a quart of oil to ensure I could get to my next appointment and then to a shop for a proper oil change. His concern was for safety, and, to my surprise, he did not charge for either the key issue which could not be fixed or for the quart of oil! I was very impressed with the entire experience and will drive the extra 20 minutes to utilize the service department at Muller Subaru

I had a great experience at Muller Subaru from the moment I walked in to the dealership. I was take care of by Marcus Bennett who took the time to listen to what I was looking for. The car wasn't going to be available for several weeks but Marcus kept me updated with text messages.
When my car arrived, Marcus took the time to take me through all the features and introduce me to someone in the service department. The whole car buying experience was smooth and seamless and I now have a beautiful Crosstrek!

The salesman was helpful and courteous. The vehicle was delivered quickly. My only complaint was with the business office. I had stressed to the salesman that I wanted to keep monthly payments under $300, and he gave me a figure that met my needs. When meeting with the business manager, he told me that they could give me the Optimum Vehicle Protection Plan, and that the cost would be included with the monthly payment. To me that meant no increase in the monthly payment. Unfortunately I now have a monthly payment amount that is far above my stated goal. When I questioned him after I received my

Recently purchased a new Subaru from Muller Subaru and we love the car... so much that we're getting ready to buy a second soon. Sadly, their service department appears to be just like every other shady service department.

From start to finish, our experience was very positive. Our salesperson was Victor, and he could not have been nicer or more knowledgeable. He was patient with us during each of our three visits. He even offered to come to our house if we couldn't figure out how to program our garage opener.
There was no sales pressure, other than from the finance guy to buy the extra warranty, which we did not. We would buy from them again, and would recommend them to our friends and family.

I had to bring my car in to the Subaru service department today for a system update. I wanted to take a moment to appreciate and highlight what a nice job they do to ensure cleanliness in the service office and waiting area. I have been here for an hour and a gentleman has been around at least 4 times to mop the floors and clean the tables. Everyone is properly wearing their masks. I was apprehensive to come here during the pandemic but they have made it a pleasant experience despite everything else.

Just bought the 2021 Subaru Forester and picked it up last week. The salesman Nick was great to work with and when he wasn't available Nazar Martyniouk was right there to step in and help us to finalize the deal. The car came in earlier than expected and that made it even better.
We went to pick it up and Nick explained how to work all the new gadgets in the car. Safety being number one, then fuel economy and lastly informational items were all explained very professionally.

Good nice professional service. I had a good experience. No more or less than what I needed. I was pleased and will take my car back here. They didn't try to upsale me. They informed me about how long I have for my brakes and tires before I need to change them. Which was not at this time.

Service was good nice salesman but they only issue is that when I purchase a 2012 wrx they didnt change air filter was super dirty good thing i look and they claim to do oil change on the car but I check it was super dirty. coolant was super low. tire pressure light on they didnt put air in it. It seem like the mechanic didnt know what they was doing. disappointed. other than that the dealer is pretty kool.

I honestly thought I had a great deal when I purchase the vehicle from this location. But not 3 months with the car and it's already shaking and vibrating. I took it to Carx to run a full diagnostics on it. And it showed the spark plug wires was cut and the other wasn't connected. So I call to the dealership and was treated with total disrespect was told that it was my problem not theirs. And was told I would have to pay. So I honestly would've never done business with this dealership if I knew the disrespect was like this
