I felt compelled to write this, not only because of the amazing experience with Frank at Pauly Acura, but because of the stark contrast to the experience I had the very same day at McGrath Acura in Westmont. I was too embarrassed to ask for help but I had a long morning/afternoon from kickboxing training and I really wanted to just go home. I had a bad experience trying to get my windshield leak fixed on my 2018 RDX at another Acura dealership in Morton Grove- they damaged my cars paint & said they fixed the leak and they never did. So

One of the smallest Acura dealers in the Chicagoland Area. Sales staff is very nice, we test drove a RDX and we're given a price afterwards. Told that they don't sell add on gimmick like the other Acura dealers. We did not buy that day, since we were going home to think about it and shop pricing. After getting pricing from ever Acura Dealer from Milwaukee to Merville Indiana we found they were one of the highest. Ended up buying at another Acura dealer and saved almost $3k.

David and Hunt are fair and straightforward guys. I walked into the dealership and said "give me your best price on [car I wanted]". Within 5 minutes, they had an out-the-door price for me. They test drove my trade in and gave me a final net price for the total cost of the new car less the trade in. The next day I came back and did the deal on the same terms they quoted me.

Only place I actually enjoy bringing my car for service. I gave my 4th Acura to my son, a few minor issues came up. Roger said to just come on over, everything got taken care of as he always does. I can not recommend anyone higher than this, they are absolutely wonderful, have always been honest and do a great job every time.

Upon a predriven purchase, the work that was performed on the vehicle was performed before the car was traded in, NOT DONE AT THE DEALER!! YOU CLEARLY LIED TO ME.Took the car to my shop for the inspection.Your service dept told the sales people false info.Make sure you take a predriven vehicle to your shop for a trustworthy inspection before your purchase.

Pauly Acura is by far the best. The customer service is exceptional, from the salesmen to the Service. I purchased two cars from Pauly. One is a lease and one I own. Ivan has been my salesman for both. I am in and out in about an hour. When I got the 2016 I was out in about an hour, I thought hmmmm, in 2019 the same. This is my fifth time shopping for a car and I can categorically tell you that this has been the best ever experience. The salesman, manager and the finance person cannot be more straightforward than this.. No oversell, no unnecessary negotiation gimmicks, no frills. I couldn't be happier. Ivan, the salesperson was to the point and gave me his initial offer for the RDX 2019 I was looking for. The initial offer itself was lower than the number I saw from two other dealerships I visited. I had a lot of questions and Ivan was patient enough to confirm that the quote was good and no gimmicks

Extremely disappointed when I walked in very weird set up you go down three stairs or four so I have to look for a receptionist who is hidden. Once I came in contact with the receptionist she was extremely unpleasant unfriendly and looked at me like I had three heads not very welcoming at all for a customer plenty of other places to buy Acuras thanks anyway.

Car dealerships don't get enough love. I think the problem is that people go into dealerships not knowing exactly what they want to buy and end up feeling ripped off, or unsure about their purchase because of a pushy salesperson or spending more than they intended before they went in...

We bought an used 2011 Sonata SE/Limited at Pauly Acura. Branko Uzelac Sales Consultant and Frank Karigiannis, Business Manager where upfront and selling price was no hassle. Happy with the sales price. BTW Frank, the financing guy got us a very low bank APR. Friendly and engaged environment at this car store. I used to shop at other Pauly place (Honda in Libertyville), and purchased several cars there for me and my family. Now we are following Frank who transferred to Highland Park Acura store.
