Bought a 2013 z06 while located in NYC. Jasin got all the paperwork started, and everything went super quick by mail and email. Got photos of the car later being loaded up on a truck, with photos of the underside after it was on showing there was no damage. Car got to me 2 days later. Great and fast. Highly recommend!

I recently purchased a low mileage 2007 SLK350 from Z at iCars in Skokie, IL. My purchasing experience and dealing with Z was great! After driving the car home, I noticed a cosmetic issue that I didn’t see at the show room. I called Z and explained the issue. He emailed me later that day and offered a solution that made me very happy! This is my first time purchasing a car out of state and I am extremely satisfied with Z and iCars.

Can’t say enough about Zoran and the experience I had with iCars. Fantastic company, great selection of vehicles. I originally contacted them because they had a vehicle I had been looking for but it quickly sold. I was informed there was another one and actually stopped in before they fixed the cosmetic and minor issues the vehicle had because it had literally just arrived in their warehouse.

Jason clearly did not want my business. I called ahead, made an appointment, drove through Chicago traffic and showed up on time. He was still working with someone else, so I went to look at the car. After 15 minutes of hanging around, someone goes to get him, he pops his head in and says "so there's the car. What do you think?" I say I'd like to take it for a drive, and he responds with "are you ready to buy? We need to agree to the numbers and everything before we do that." Not sure what I did to make him think I'm wasting my time or his, but no thanks.

I will be buying a car, but I will NOT being buying it from these jerks. Apparently there philosophy is you have to commit to buying a car from them before they will let you look at or test drive any of there cars. They were complete condescending jerks. Do not bother with these guys, based upon what I have seen their cars are over priced anyway!

I am a 75 year old Vietnam Veteran who was hoping to check off another box on my bucket list by purchasing a low mileage Jaguar convertible. Due to the current Covid situation and my health, I would have to transact all the details remotely. Great car buying experience! Jasin was amazing and stayed in touch throughout the process. I flew in and drove the car 9 hours home. Everything was perfect with the car, as they did a complete inspection and fixed a few things, including brake rotors and pads, before I picked the car up. The indoor showroom is filled with dream cars and worth the trip in itself! I would recommend Jasin and iCars Chicago to anyone looking for a pre-owned higher end car.

I live in Madison Wisconsin and have been looking for a specific Audi S8, model years 2007-09. iCars had a nice 2007 S8 with all the features I was looking for, low mileage was the bonus. Barry was excellent and professional to deal with as was "Z" the finance manager. My experience was a pleasant and professional one and would recommend this dealership 100%. Like any higher end used car, one must realize they will need repairs, Barry went above and beyond to assist me in an issue I experienced early on as I am 2+ hrs away. Thank you Barry and staff! My husband dealt with this dealership via email and phone, as we live in Texas. We were in the market for a H3 Alpha to replace the one I had. Terrible experience, WILL NOT BUY FROM THEM AGAIN!! All their cars are OVERPRICED and not well maintained. Friendly advise, if you decide to buy from them get the car fully inspected! Most of their cars have been sitting in the showroom for months and you can verify that by looking at the carfax. Furthermore, ask them to show a current carfax otherwise they will give you an older carfax and it will be missing a ownership or two. Just BEWARE!
