I brought my 2017 Infiniti in to have tires rotated and wheels aligned, and to have the windshield wiper sprayer repaired. I had set up the appointment in advance, with a list of these requested services; but when met by Austin at the appointed time, he asked what I'd come in for. This seemed odd, and in my confusion forgot that I had coupons for the alignment and rotation. To their credit, the coupons were honored later, after I remembered them.

I would like to commend the Berman Infiniti dealership, and especially Howar Ruiz my sales representative.
I recently purchased an 2017 Infiniti QX50. Shortly after I bought it I noticed the windshield was being scratched by the plastic casing of the wiper. I noticed the arm of the blade bent and took it in.
To my dismay, the windshield and wipers were not covered under any warranty. We then negotiated, and came to an agreement in which I would pay half the cost; but when the job was finished with a new windshield, arms and wipers…they picked up everything. Yep. No charge.

So many other dealerships in the chicago area to buy a vehicle, Go somewhere else. When I stopped in I got “I have another appointment coming in so we have to do this quick.” I was rushed on the test drive, then rushed when I signed the agreement on my car. They over charged me on the title and interest. When I got my tags I had a refund, but since the dealership wrote the check the money would go back to them and then the dealership should reimburse you the refund money was what I was told. I have contacted my sales man, the office manger and continue to get the run around. I got my tags in

I took my car to Berman Infiniti in Niles to get a recall taken care of. They were great as far as picking my car up and dropping it off when it was finished since they were not able to get me a loaner, but at the end they gave me a $2,400.00 list of maintenance and repairs that they said I needed. I had just had an oil change and inspection 2 months earlier and none of these items were on the radar of the technician that serviced my car. Infiniti Berman of Niles is the most incompetent Berman I've been to. I have a 2012 G37x which I purchased years ago from the Gold Coast location. I never had ANY issues with them or service at the previous goose island location. I purchased a 2017 Q50 in May 2020 at this location and upon purchase the sales rep Julian informed me that I would receive 2 free oil changes. I brought my car in for service yesterday because they would not stop harassing me with emails for a maintenance inspection. I had previously brought in the car months ago and they did the 1st oil change at no charge. I bring

I truly believe you should have a dealer service your vehicle even if it's just for an oil change. I recently had Berman service my infinity- Austin Wills the service writer helped me again, I believe, the three or four times I have taken my car in for oil service he has helped me. Austin is extraordinary- he is not pushy but being responsible he suggests future service items. I highly recommend requesting Austin when your take your infinity in for service at Berman's!!!!!

I cannot say enough good things about this dealer. I had the pleasure of working with Micah and Marco and they were so accommodating and fantastic. They took the time to ask questions and match me with a vehicle that fit best for me. Their follow up was diligent but not excessive and working in sales I appreciated that. I recently went to Berman's Infiniti of Niles to look at a used car. My salesman was Julian Outly. He was very competent and was able to answer the questions I had regarding the model I was looking at. Most importantly, he provided me options to consider financing and leasing a new car since various incentives were available from Infiniti corporate. There was no pressure at all. Had an issue 2 days ago with my car locking. My key fob was have technical difficulty and the car was not picking up the signal for some reason. I was stuck at the Costco gas station for almost an hour trying to figure it out with the help of the Costco gas station attendant (also very helpful and kind) but had no luck figuring out what was wrong. I called Berman Infiniti in Niles and the receptionist put me through to Mike Betancourt. Mike was able to solve my problem over the phone in less than 15 minutes walking through how to reset the fob. He was just wonderful!!! I'll be bringing my

I brought my infiniti G20 in and never again. Chris said the problem will be solved by spending amost 3 grand and I'm still hearing the same buzzing noise before I brought it in. Place is a joke. I called him to let him know I still hear this issue and he said he would call me to have the car looked at again. Sorry, wont be bringing it back in there. Dont bring your car in this place, the dealer is a rip

Avoid this car dealer. We bough our certified Infiniti Q50 at this dealership. After negotiating the price, they asked us to sign a paper with all the fees and taxes. We though that we already negotiated the price and all the additional fees will be just taxes and doc fee. Big mistake for trusting them and for not checking all the charges that they put in. When we get home to check all the receipts and documents; we found out that they charged us almost $1500 for a "certification fee". Thats a fee they charged in addition to the price of the car. We went back to ask them what is that

First time at this location and I came in to get a check on my brakes early morning with my two year old. The customer service is phenomenal here. They took us to a room full of toys where they put toy story on for my little one. They brought her juice and pretzels and kept me up to date on everything. Damian and irfan Have been so amazing. Straight up, helpful dudes. Extremely personable.

I came in for some simple work on the fabric on the passenger side floor. Tried to pay and they said it cost nothing! Fantastic surprise.
