These guys really know how to work their magic. First I contacted them from Arizona and they were able to do OUT of state sales. I sent them all my information via email and they quickly were able to get responses from banks to push through my loan. When I flew into town they even picked me up from the airport in a Tesla. Overall purchasing my 2015 Tesla awd was pretty much a very smooth transaction. Their cars are priced better than the rest. I highly recommend coming here to purchase your next ride.

I wasn't even going to write a review until I read some of the others who had an experience just like mine. My boyfriend and I bought a car in mid July and were promised a cosmetic leather fix on our bill of sale. They wrote that they owed us that fix. We immediately made an appointment to get it fixed and when we showed up a few days later they had no idea where their 3rd party leather guy was and said it could take a while for him to even answer. Months later and we get no response from their "leather guy" and also no help or any concerns from the dealership. Like other reviews

Both a car for my son 4 month ago. Back shelve was missing. Sales person (Mike) promised to get shelve shortly. About four weeks ago I called salesman and was tolled that it's going to take several days. A month later salesman did not even respond to my calls. They even put that they owe me a shelve on the bill of sale but I don't think they do care about promises. Shelve is not a big deal but what if you will be promised something more serious

Do not trust a single word from Sam's mouth. He is the owner of this terrible place. He truly does not care what you drive out in or what condition it really is in. Just money money money money. I bought a car from him after one month of having it it needed to be in the repair. And ever since then every month and a half it's been in repair. Very costly repairs. But says he sold me a good car. I am a creature of habit and staying with the same people creating a relationship with a business. You will not get that here, only headaches. Paul the manager and the rest of the crew is nice at the beginning but as soon as you sign that paper and buy that car, they dont want to do anything with you!! Bought a car over the weekend, it stopped working 2 days later, they're response " sir you bought it as is and its a used car. i cant do anything for you" BIGGEST SCAM EVER. LOST SO MUCH MONEY.

Bought my car in July. I went to go pick up my car and they gave me one key only. Virgil told me that he would order an extra key for me at half the price of what the dealer would charge. I called and texted numerous times no response. I emailed the owner nothing. I had to order a new key at double the amount. They are all nice when you are looking at the car but after that they don't give you the time of day.

Bought a nice 2016 911 turbo from them, gave them a great 2007 911 turbo as a trade in. The problem occurred when they failed to pay my car off and failed to pay city taxes. They over charged my pay off and for some strange reason could not pay my old Porsche off. I gave them all the info but yet Roger had one hell of a time paying my car off. Had numerous payments withdrawn from my account even though they owned the car. Keep the money you owe me boys, don't need the headaches. Take your chances people......

Sam Jidd Luxury has been one of the best car dealership experiences I have had thus far. I've been looking for a Tesla Model S for some time now, around Chicago, but nothing seemed to grab my attention. After surfing through the Internet I came across a Tesla P85 Model S being sold at Sam Jidd Luxury. It had all the packages I was looking for a very reasonable price.
When I stop by to take a look I was introduced to Virgil, the Sales representative. Virgil at first looked intimidating but once I start talking to him I realized he was one of the most genuine guys I've met in the business

Just flew up from Florida Wednesday to pick up a Tesla 90D. Great service and staff! Virgil is great. His sales style is pretty unique, but he knows his stuff. It was a pleasure working with him, as was the financing part of the deal. Roger is the money-guy, and was also very knowledgeable and personable. He was so thorough, and you can't beat that when someone is handling your $$. Oh, and the car, the car!!! It's a real COW. Computer on wheels! About half way back to Naples, and lovin' my COW!!! Best miles I've ever driven!

The easiest car buying experience I've ever had. I worked with Virgil, who was easy to deal with from the moment I walked through the door. Great test drive, fast negotiation, and within 20 minutes we were done. They were busy when I came in, so when the price was settled with Virgil, I finalized the paperwork with Paul, who works quickly but diligently. He even mailed the license plates to my house. These guys are great!

This place rocks! Virgil was amazing :) He got me my new car... a Tesla. I can't even believe I am saying this right now because it was a total dream of mine, and now come true. And also Sam was very kind. When we had trouble setting up my insurance, Sam bought everyone dinner and offered me a chicken sandwich. It was the most delicious celebratory chicken sandwich ever. Thank you to this random place I found on the internet. By the way, it was hard to find. Google sent me to the warehouse down the street. So make sure to call for help navigating when you get to the neighborhood!

Came for the test drive,did my loan application and supposedly he couldn't figure out my monthly payments and after 5 days of waiting he told me the car is not available for sale anymore. Waste of my time!!! Stay away..
